simple i think. gold cant broke, and bitcoin can broke. if in this world internet down forever, are you still invest bitcoin? still earn bit and altcoin without internet? god's creation cant loss form this world, and reverse from it, human's creation can loss.
gold is pure treasure, everyone know about gold. all people accepted (although not acceptable as payment) and never say gold is dangerous, because if you have it, it mean you gain profit if sell to other.
bitcoin is treasure, but not all people know about bitcoin and not at all accepted bitcoin (although accepted as payment in many store). a lot of people even the government and bank say dangerous. because sometime you will loss a piece of your fund if you can handle careful.

There is no reality in this gold is not better then bitcoin its totally wrong concept because you buy gold today and then you want to sell so it will not give you any profit you will lose in gold and bitcoin is different than gold if you buy bitcoin today and then want to sell so it will give you a very good profit and there is no chance to lose here there are also a lot of opportunity in bitcoin to earn which gold don’t have so bitcoin is best then gold.

I would wager the OP here intended this topic to be a comparison of sorts of the two things as investments.

I would rather have Gold.. because of the reason i outlined before.

I think it’s wrong or maybe they have not a good knowledge about trade bitcoin is hundred time better then gold I never take any profit in gold because when you buy gold so then it will never give you profit in your investment and if you invest in bitcoin so hundred present it will give you a profit because bitcoin is always giving profit and it don’t believe to lose its users so I will prefer bitcoin instead of gold for me gold is just a valuable piece of metal nothing more so no need to buy gold for investment purpose .

It's in the nature of bitcoin to have its price increase as time passes by because of the bitcoin halving. The supply is divided by two every 210K blocks mined and it's believed we'll have another bitcoin halving around 2020. Gold has established its name in the world since it has got a good price ever since and it's having some price increase every now and then. The thing, though, bitcoin is wayyy higher than gold now. Some people used to compare bitcoin and gold all the time at the time when the price of them are nearing. That was just a couple of months ago but the price of bitcoin is wayy higher than gold now. So what do you think is better as an investment? Gold which still has the same price as before, or bitcoin which has 10x the price of gold now? The answer is so obvious.
