Good afternoon. Let's say I rented an apartment and I have paid a couple months in advance but later on I decided to move to my friend's place. Can I get my money back?

You can get your money back if you have discussed it with the landlord beforehand just so you can avoid any problems. Rentberry does have tools to pay you back.

How about commission? I would like to get it back too. Is that possible?

I guess it doesn't make sense. You can have a look at different options and choose the one you like the most for free before you sign the agreement in the platform. Platform has technical support group and servers to work. It needs that money for proper work and future development.

Yes, I agree I just wanted to make sure. Generally speaking I'm satisfied with terms and conditions between landlords and tenants so I'm planning to buy some tokens. Thanks for your time.

Are you going to use your own software for identity authentication or you're planning to buy it somewhere else?

If I'm not wrong you can buy 5000 tokens not taking into account your bonus.

i have a question regarding Rentberry bounty program. Could you please tell me is there a daily limit for RT and fb share ?

Hello,
Thanks for your question. The limit is one retweet a day per one person. It refers to all social media.

So it mean we have to fill the form daily after re tweeting?

these project consist with some good points including "stream line long term rental process, eliminate the middle man and making it possible for tenants  and landlord to complete all rental process in one platform". the Rentberry team have work hard, give a good competition to traditional companies. so i advice to work with good partnerships and good marketing plan.

Hello there this project looks really promising. I have a questions regarding you bounty program,
1. Do we need to fill the form daily or weekly?
2. There isn't a field to capture twitter id or facebook id, therefore how is the verification process work?

Good luck with your project have a good day Smiley

Hello @devs,

I have never used cryptonomus before.  How can I move the tokens that have been purchased on Cryptonomus, to another wallet?  Or is it this something is only possible once the ICO ends?  Or it is transferable already?

Thanks

I found an answer to my third question, but not on 1&2:

1. How does the blockchain technology make the rental process less costly? The application costs money on your site, plus actioning system tends to make prices higher. Also, when I pay rental payment to landlord through your system, I will need to pay some fee? It is more costly than if I pay in cash to my landlord.

2. The actioning system brings benefits only to landlords, doesn't it?

Stability of the company is the main thing for investor. And as for me, I’m confused by the fact that Rentberry remains without contingency fund which can be useful in case of force majeure situations. I think that the company should save several million dollars after the sale is over.

Indeed, it’s difficult to call the company stable if there’s no contingency fund. Id it how Rentberry positions itself? So, Rentberry does have a contingency fund that will be used in certain situations)

Is that true? I’ve just haven’t seen this info anywhere for some reason. I’m wondering in which cases the company will use the contingency fund.

Firstly, it’ll be used in case of any force majeure situations. The founders of the company also plan to use the means from the contingency fund to redeem tokens in secondary market in order to balance the situation of fluctuations of BERRY token rate in the market.

Hello. If the company redeems the coins in the secondary market, does it mean that the biy-back will take place? How much does the company plan to spend on redeeming annually?
