It’s a very interesting project that will solve the problems of thousands of people. But I don’t like the fact that users have little to do with BERRY tokens. Why wouldn’t you add any more opportunities for using tokens payment for real estate?

I hasten to please you if you are upset because of this, because the payment for rent with BERRY tokens is just the main way in which you can use them. Beyond this, platform developers are ready to offer you to use coins to pay for the work of third-party service providers who will be on the platform.

And you’ve forgotten to mention that, every real estate owner working on the Rentberry platform will be able to order marketing services in order to promote their ads to the top of the rating for BERRY tokens, that will increase profits.

This really interested me. I’ve already began to think about how it would be possible to win competition without marketing tools in the service, where there are thousands of similar ads. And can’t you tell what services can be ordered in Rentberry to promote the offers?

Frankly speaking, I didn’t see anything concrete in the white paper of the project. I think that it will be standard as always: raising your ad in the issuance, color allocation, some individual bonus blocks for posting ads, etc., unfortunately, it is also unknown how much this all will cost. I think that the developers will share this information soon.

And I liked more the fact that tokens could be used to pay for services of third-party companies. By the way, does anyone know, will I be able to independently engage service providers on the platform or are only agents can negotiate with them?

Good day, everybody. If I can’t phone the landlord, can I contact him on the platform via the chat?

Hello everybody. You know, I'm a very busy person and I don’t have time to track the market value of renting a property. Will there be any automatic algorithm in Rentberry that will be able to change the cost of renting my property in accordance with market trends?

I wonder how long it will take developers to switch Rentberry to a fully decentralized model.

Greetings. I will need to pay a deposit of 1000 BERRY coins at the beginning of cooperation with the landlord. I'm just worried that we won’t agree with him, and I can lose my coins.

Hello. I think that if you don’t make an agreement with him, then you will definitely get back the funds that you left as a deposit. Perhaps, there is the mechanism with the deposit introduced, so the creditor immediately has the confidence to you as a renter.

I have nothing against a deposit, and if it’s returned to me, if we haven’t entered into cooperation, then I am glad. Although, I’ve read that when transferring a deposit, the platform charges 50 coins as a commission. Does it mean that I can only get 950 coins back?

No, the platform guarantees the return of all 1000 coins in case you didn’t manage to enter into cooperation with the lessor. Therefore, you don’t have to worry that your 50 BERRY tokens will disappear without a trace.

But the system with the deposit isn’t clear to me at all. Why make a deposit, if at the first appeal there is no risk of fraud? And anyway, as far as I understand, all the work will be done via smart contracts, and with them there is generally zero probability that one of the parties will deceive the other one.

And why do you mention fraud and deception? This is not an advance payment. The renter contributes 1000 coins to access the user's personal data, his work history on the platform, and other advertisements. According to these data, the renter can understand whether he wants to cooperate with this landlord or not. If he agrees, then the 1000 coins deposited remain with the lessor in the value of the future lease of real estate.
