I'm 23 years old, I live in Belarus. we have jobe of 200-300 dollars! so to live is impossible! I spend all my time on cryptocurrency what would something achieve in life! it is very difficult to continue living knowing that the more you can not earn working for the Belarusian state

I'd say definitely no. Don't quit your job. It is important to have a constant occupation and to know how to do something, a different thing from the very speculative and volatile that cryptos can prove to be. That, ofcourse, unless you have already reached a considerable fortune and are thinking about retiring on a remote island...
constant or steady income will be required to meet and pay for your daily needs, it is precisely why realjob is needed, do not get out of your job and just rely on bitcoin because you know the income in bitcoin is uncertain, you might lose or you do not know when it will benefit? unless you are already rich and already have a definite income from bitcoin,,

Well, constant or steady income can be achieved with Crypto, some ideas:

Become a full time Airdrop and Bounty Hunter
Mine cryptocoins using CPU/GPU or by leasing hardware
Become a Blockchain/Crypto Consultant, Youtuber, Blogger
Hold a Masternode coin or NEO to earn regular stakes or GAS
Trade your cryptos on exchanges for profit

are you willing/ready to give up the job?  are you profiting in bitcoin enough to sustain your needs now and in the future?

I think it's a matter of choice. You hold the ball and so you should dictate the play. If you think you can earn more from quitting your current job and taking up a job with BTC, fine. I wish you all the luck in the world.

Maybe not for bitcoin but I'm starting to more and more people that got on small alts or even ico are suddenly in a position to retire.

Crypto is amazing on what it's doing for people in just a few months that would never have been possible before.

I have a friend that started mining 3 years ago and now he can pay his mortgage off and just have a small mine for day to day money

I think it's not advisable to quit your present job. Continue your job while doing the bitcoin is safest thing to do because we never know what will happen in the future.

Exactly. Couple of mounths earlier I would have shaked my head in disbelief but just a few months in I know people myself who made it to early retirement investing in ICO's.

It certainly is risky and many of them fail, however if you invested in stocks before and know how you can determine the value of a project/company/product, it can be fast way to financial freedom.

Quiting your present job for bitcoin is not a good idea because having both will make you earn money faster and have a active living if you have an active job. I'd say it is only advisable if you are satisfied on what you want to earn if bitcoin can provide it for you, but just thinking about having bitcoin only for your living source in life is kind of a more relaxable way than having an active job.

It is really risky indeed. It depends on if there are people that you are responsible for and how much you are experienced in crypto currencies. the best is you have your salary from job and extra income from investing.

Quitting your present job is easy but can you get a job like that again after a week or when you are 40 years old  Huh
There are many a people searching for job but no opportunities reason behind lacking skills, over qualification, More population less opportunities.
I would suggest you to continue your regular job and use bitcoin as a free time job. Work hard with proper health care and live best.

It's very unwise to quit your job for bitcoin because of the constant threat of the government and private agencies to ban it. I suggest, you keep your job and do bitcoin stuff in your free time.

I advise not to quit your job until you already have a profit and your investment already returned. You can invest again what you have gained. You can do bitcoin while working but if you really need to monitor your investment from time to time you can quit. It is a matter of choice and priority, I know that investing in bitcoin is very risky than your stable job but it is still worth to try. We really don't know what will the outcome of what you are gonna do. You maybe richer tomorrow or you will lose your money. If you are really ready to quit your job, don't invest everything. Make sure that you have enough to spare worst case scenario happens.

In my opinion just stay on your present work if you have it already. You can use bitcoin even you have work, because you can do bitcoins in your free time. By that you can earn more.

If you're a well known person in your field, it's not hard to find another job after you leave one, but I don't know it's really advisable for you to say you can freely leave your job for bitcoin. I think NO.

No! I would not consider this unless you are making 2x what your salary is and you can potentially make 3-4x trading.
