Why people are unhappy?

Some people are unhappy because it is their choice. In this life, there are lot of reason to be happy which they cannot see because they are looking for something else..Having life is a blessing to be happy. People are always hungry to have everything. But for me true happiness is in our heart. And it is normal to feel unhappy. We are human being and everything in life is a challenge to achieve.

What would be the source of the true happiness that we're longing to have? The world? Job? Family ? Money? Good background? Are they worth enough bases to be truly happy  ?

Unhappy people tend to live and act from a position that makes them believe that life is tough. People who do not believe in their abilities are reluctant to take action to make their lives better

Happiness is important for every people.Why people  Are Unhappy? I think, they're so many seasons... Worrying, Giving Up Control,Holding a Grudge,Having One Set of Rules,Comparing to Other People,Making Life Harder Than It Has to Be,Being Pessimistic.... Don't think so much... Be happy always.

Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life?  Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long?  Physically,  they showed to the whole world that they are strong,  they enjoy their lives to the fullest.  But at end of the day,  loneliness attacks.  Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?

Because we are far from God.  I have read a magazine wherein there were testimonies that these people are successful.  And yet at the end of the day, after they received their sakaries, awards and recognitions, they still feel sad and empty.  Others thought that having fame and wealth will be the key to a happy life, but Jim Carrey says that those does not matter.  God has a special place or spot in our heart.  He belongs to that place and our hearts will be full if Henis inside that.  Because there will always be a place for him.

I think people unhappy because they give incorrect set of life..need to tune in and breathe happiness!

It's depend on people to people. some people want to get more than they have in current. some people are not able to enjoy their current as they are very insecure about their future.  To secure their future, they are wasting their current. Similarly, there are many reasons for people to not be happy in the world.

Because they expect too much. They have to understand that the fact of being happy. Happy means something you like to expect in your life to be happen. Many people think that the money is the happiness. But we have to understand the fact being happy. Understand your self. Be happily ever after.

Unhappy, because they are inert and ungrateful. In order to receive energy, one must strive to raise the bar in all spheres of life, and many are lazy or difficult in the circumstances. But even in this case, there is always someone who lives worse. And we forget it and weep.

maybe we go through in life because not everyday you are happy all the people have to go through life like myself but if in your life , God knows if he will guide you as you have problems because God only knows of our lives so should turn or will be happy because he is there for us

 I would like to add this. One of the reason why people are unhappy is uncontentment of what they have. Additionally, envy. People aim to have everything to be perfect. But sadly, we are in an imperfect world. We need acceptance of ourselves. That the important for me. Everyone is unique in our own way.

I do believe that many people unhappy because they are n0t contented of what they have and who they are.. What ever the posistion of  us i advise to be thankful of everything.. Even if we have big or small, rich or poor.. We are created of god we are all equal.

I think, the main thing is to learn how to be grateful. Also, smile is a powerful psychological tool
Often when we feel happy - we smile. But it works and vice versa, too. If you are sad - just smile, and the mood will improve

Maybe because they don't find the reason why they sleep, wake and work. There is a certain relief and a certain motivation if you start your day with a goal set in mind. Some choose to work for a certain financial goal, maybe going at it for spiritual growth, others wake up to better themselves physically then it is a goal. People are generally unhappy because of a lack of a goal. Not necessarily to find their purpose in life but just a goal to achieve
