I think people are unhappy because we are not doing our purpose in life, there are activities that will give us fulfillment but we have to know ourselves so that we will also know what can satisfy our soul. Happiness is also a choice but what we do in our lives, families and relationships are actually a big factor of our happiness. Money alone cant buy happiness.

Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life? Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long? Physically, they showed to the whole world that they are strong, they enjoy their lives to the fullest. But at end of the day, loneliness attacks. Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?
I think that is human nature, even I too . They need a private space rather than bustling, noise but they are forced to do so. |

Because "Happiness" is only just an abstract created biologically because it is essential to one's survival.
You can call it an illusion if you like.
And once you stepped out of the norm and think like the way you are asking right now, you'll be surprised that there is really no answers.
There will always be questions about existentialism,
But you see the greatest answer that can be acquired is by dying.

What if what makes your family happy is money? So you can't give their happiness because you don't have money, and because of that, you will be unhappy too. Life is really a choice, once you made a wrong choice, make it right, accept it and be happy of what you've choose. Otherwise you'll be frustrated your whole life just because of a single mistake. |

The Struggle to make a living or generating wealth just to realize when you are there with 30-35 and you see your parents and grandparents age is the moment you realize that wealth is not everything.
Without financial ressources live is fairly hard and people cant enjoy the time together because of constant anxiety and stress, its kind of a devils circle and can only be removed by enjoying every moment and spending regular time with your loved ones.
Easier said then dond tho

there are several reasons unhappy lot of dont know how to enjoy their life they always expect more than things what they have now that is the main reason for people are unhappy lot of people dreaming about what they havent. and also some bad feelings cause to the people unhappy
there are so many people are very unhappy especially the poor ones. because they are luck of money they dont eat enough food thats why they are unhappy people,some rich people also are unhappy even they have a lot of money because they are luck of love thats why they are un happy. |

This is all happens because we can't appreciate the present moment, we want more and more money, entertainment, love... For people nothing enough, that is why we are unhappy. We should live in present moment and feel happiness in every moment, in nature, in children, in our relatives.

People are unhappy because of their continuous wants in life and they are not contented to the very small things that god is giving to them. Wants that give them pleasure, wants that can compete their names to the society, wants that can give them praise to other people, etc.. Also, even they have huge amount of money, they don't have a complete and happy family that in reality money can't buy. So, let us be contented for all the things that we receive from god. Let us treasure our family even we face problems both internal and external part of the house.

People are unhappy because their plans do not realize. They are waiting for something great and hope for success, and the next fail makes them depressed. |

everything is right...only I hear more and more information that satisfaction and happiness are within us and don't depend on surrounding circumstances...and I often feel that my condition doesn't always depend on my success or the amount of money |

Having everything in your life doesn't mean happiness. Weather we have a lot of money make us happy, there is a certain point in our life that gives agony. We are unhappy with the thougths that we are alone and no one can lean on. To be love and love means a lot, it will give you happiness that you really wanted. People are unhappy because they never feel being loved and with the thoughts that there is no one to share and build memories.

It might be related to the human nature. Recent studies have shown that most of our thoughts have a negative connotation. I believe it has to do with basic instincts such as survival. We look at our environment and think about everything that can hurt us (physically, mentally, financially...). This in turn makes us worry more and more, bringing a sense of constant anxiety.
Also, with the increase in digital interactions, we share less and less moments with other people. We don't feel the emotions of human contact and confrontation with others in real life. On the internet you can be whoever you want to pretend to be, but you always know deep inside that it's not you. You gain recognition online by not being truly yourself. Not being able to know if you are liked/loved for who you really are is an important factor in making us unhappy. With a more and more digital society it is also harder to find a place in that society, while on the other hand we have easy access to information about all the amazing things we could be doing. Confrontation between our life and the extravagant life of others can deepen the feeling of unhappiness we have.

A lot of people rich ( have a lot of money), but they were never happy with the treasure they have. Instead, they always experience stress every day. I think the cause is too ambitious with their desires.

because they sad becuase they cant get what they want they cant be what they cant be. full is world of miserable but you need to go forward to your success problems is just a challenges that makes you a reallist person and better person ! so be happy dont be sad and everything gonna be alright . god always there and will guide us  |
