Why people are unhappy?

completely agree, we think too much, instead of enjoying every minute of life and finding a positive...and life has a lot of happy, we just don't notice it

Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life?  Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long?  Physically,  they showed to the whole world that they are strong,  they enjoy their lives to the fullest.  But at end of the day,  loneliness attacks.  Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?

It is because happiness is subjective and it varies from people to people. Some people are rich and yet not happy because they don't or even can't have what they want in life in spite of being rich. Some are poor and contented because they are living with their loved ones. I really think that contentment is the key to happiness. Even if you have everything in this world if you are not contented with what you have, you will never be happy.

People are unhappy because in this earth we could not find the real happiness. They said laughter is the best medicine but in reality it is not. How can you laugh when somebody died in the family. What if sickness attacks. With all these given problem again how can we see happiness? How can we achieve it? we cannot. Because we don't have the joy, as more than happiness to be contended with things what he have in life. For me real happiness is when we are with the family no matter what. Not about money but how we are here with our family.

Well, I guess people are unhappy because we don't know how to be content with what we have. I don't that all people are like that, but most of us are. My key to happiness is to compare what I have to those who don't have anything at all. I am not happy of their hard situation but I'm simply thankful that I didn't have to go through the same thing. There are so many things that we can be thankful for that other people could only dream of.

Practicing positive habits daily is what sets happy people apart from unhappy people, people might not be happy because they are not doing everything perfectly.
