Why people are unhappy?

there are several reasons unhappy lot of dont know how to enjoy their life they always expect more than things what they have now that is the main reason for people are unhappy lot of people dreaming about what they havent. and also some bad feelings cause to the people unhappy

Everything looks bad in his eyes. He feel unhappy because of jealousy, envy, and hate others.

Happiness is depends on their mind. it is in our hand. we should create happiness with our works, family, friends etc. Most of people are unhappy with their busy life in this modern world. But if we are working happily in our favorite field,it may be a hobby. that is the path for happiness

I've read an article tackling about why a person is unhappy. There, the main reason why, according to their study, is because that person has an unhealthy relationship with the people around him/her. Someone's social life has a huge affect on happiness. If that person has a good relationships, specially with the family. It lightens up his/her mood.

There are a lot of possible reason why people are unhappy. Some of them are maybe they have personal problems such as financial, emotional, maybe family problems or maybe they are not contented on what they have....

The cause of suffering is attachment (to something physical, a person, an idea etc.)
Once a person is able to let go of the attachment, it eliminates the cause of unhappiness.

It's an easy concept, but it's not that easy to truly let go
