Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life?  Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long?  Physically,  they showed to the whole world that they are strong,  they enjoy their lives to the fullest.  But at end of the day,  loneliness attacks.  Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?

they are unhappy despite everything they have is because they are not even satisfied of what they have,  they always want to have more and while striving so hard to get the most and the best of everything and being competitive of everything and everybody else,  people tend to forget the essence of life is being contented and being happy in the process of wanting to be more they tend to forget their selves as well thats why they seem to forget how to be contented in the first place,  because they kept on looking for something else that they don't know what or where to find.

That is right, discontentment is the answer. They are always seeking the perfect, exact things in life. Or it could not be material things but fame and fortune may count or a person that they always wanted. People like them used to cut their veins slowly because they never appreciate smaller things they come into their life. They even wanted bigger things. But how can you appreciate big things if not thru a small ones, come to think of it.

For one thing, loneliness and unhappiness are different things. One is a reason to and the other a state of being. Humans are built to not be contented with what they have. When we set a goal and achieve it we tend to set another goal and them another as goals are being achieved. Most of the time, these goals escalate and people tend to think that the same effort exerted from the previous goal is applicable to another. As these goals become harder, we go to point of frustration then unhappiness.

For me, I'm unhappy because i didn't get what i want. But ones i see what i have then i get over it. It is a point of appreciation of what you have that you experience happiness. Alot of the people i know aren't in a relationship but they are happy living their lives, doing their hobbies and are satisfied talking with their relatives. I know of people who are a couple but opted not to have children but they are happy. It is where you appreciate what you have that you begin to be happy
