Why people are unhappy?

First of all, we need to understand that happiness is a choice, our choice. It doesn't really matter the circumstances in life, we have still got the choice to live an unhappy life, or we can choose to live a happy life, the choice is ours. Maybe the reasons why people are unhappy are because they always think that life is hard, feeling hopeless and think that no one can be trusted, they concentrate on what is wrong rather than what is right, always comparing themselves to other and harbor jealousy. We are not perfect, we are all going to have a bad day but it is up to us how we bounce back and forth between happiness and unhappiness depending on the day.

Because sometimes they expect too much and that makes them unhappy. For some reasons they are unhappy not because of some materialistic matter hence its the satisfaction they wanted to feel. While others got what they need but not the one that they love.

Totally agreeing with that, people who don't have contentment will not find happiness in life. Most of the people are jealous of another they want to have what other people have but in real life, you can't have it unless you work for it. And people who are unhappy are those who have doubt and blaming themselves for what they do wrong in the past.

There are several reasons why people are becoming unhappy. For me the reason of being unhappy is uncontented. Being not contented in your life is misserable. Being not contented in life will drive you to sadness and sufferings. Not contented will also cause peaple around you to hate you or leave you alone. We need to be contented in our lives we should be thankful for what we have because only some people has what you have.
