Why people are unhappy?

People are unhappy because happiness isn't something you can find. It is an internal feeling, happiness is inside you, not lying on the floor

Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life?  Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long?  Physically,  they showed to the whole world that they are strong,  they enjoy their lives to the fullest.  But at end of the day,  loneliness attacks.  Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?

they are unhappy because they are never grateful and content with all they have, do not have time to relax to enjoy life, and always compare with others. so can not accept the reality, this is what makes people hard to feel happy even though his life has a fairly qualified economic conditions

Individuals are despondent essentially when their desires are not met. What makes one happy may makes another unconcerned or even tragic. Individuals are perpetually pursuing things that they feel will make them cheerful yet from individual experience once they accomplished that thing they discover that the satisfaction does not last since that very things appear not to fulfill them any longer.

Basically,  happiness is already within everyone, and now the problem is how to express it out. One of the habits that makes us less happy is when we cannot accept the reality. If we can accept and be grateful for the reality happens,  then it would be great. It's like having a coffee although it's bitter,  it still tastes better.

People are being unhappy just because the negativities in their mind just let go all the negative vibes and replace it witge positive one you will achieve the real happiness. Some people are being unhappy because they are not contented of what they have or they are being lonely just because they have no friends or families but some are experiencing heartbreak for their love ones.

Happiness comes from within and a feeling of contentment with whatever you have. Once you begin to crave and want more, you set your path to the road of unending hassle which will definitely come with much worries. To be happy, you need to fight that nature of not being content and try to live and accept the ones you possess at a particular point in time.
