now a lot of investors are investing in bitcoin, therefore bitcoin has increased very rapidly, if bitcoin decreased what should be done?, whether the investors will lose? Roll Eyes

It depends on what type of investment are you into. If you are for long term then holding maybe the best option for you. It is a tried and tested strategy for  long term plan. Actually if it goes down, it is an opportunity for you to buy again at a discounted price. On the other hand, if you are into short to mid term then execute your plan. Decide if you want to cutloss or buy on dips if you think it will rise again in a short span of time. If it is near major support area then it is a good idea to buy in this are as it has a high chance of bouncing back from it. Always have a trading plan before entering and have the courage to cut loss if needed to do so.

If bitcoin decreases significantly consider yourself lucky for the opportunity to buy more bitcoin.  I have been hoping for a crash for awhile because I do not have any but it shouldn't matter if I have any or not as it would be a good deal.

The investors will of course lose but it is only in terms of the value of the portfolio. Meaning to say, you will just have to wait a little longer and then the prices will also grow up, eventually gaining back what you have lost. This is the good thing about Bitcoin investment and the entire cryptocurrency game because they will not turn to zero, they will just go up and go down along the way but for sure, they will grow overall.

I would suggest that you dont sell your bitcoin immediately once the price get down. As far as I know bitcoin price is increasing not decreasing. But when it came to time that BTC price fall, just dont panic. First and foremost what is the main goal of BTC? Isnt it to have fast transaction? Everyone need and wants a fast transaction that I think would become the reason why BTC price is not going to fall. Using BTC nowadays is I think a essential. Theres a lot of benefits that BTC could give to us, too many to count though. Hahaha. But then, just like what I said if the BTC price goes down you might want to think twice on selling it coz the worst case scenario for you is having a regret if the BTC price rise again. Good luck mate!

If bitcoin's value decreases, I would definitely look for an alternate cryptocurrency that shows potential and invest ok it.  I will make sure first that I don't oull out all of my bitcoins in such cases because bitcoins have already established itself and as such, will still find a way for its value to go up just like what happened last time.  I will keep a portion of whatever bitcoins I have and allot another on other currencies just to be sure.  Wait it out and then we'll see.

I'll make sure to research on other alt coins possible so that i know where my investments are going and just hope for the best that wherever I'm investing, luck will come my way.

I think the possibility of bitcoin will not decrease because for now the price of bitcoin is expensive, and now many are using bitcoin as transaction, but if bitcoin price decreases maybe I will hold it first and wait for bitcoin to recover.

If bitcoin decreased, what should be done? "Well then, just bear it".
Rest assured, bitcoin prices will continue to rise in 2018.

Whether the investors will lose?
Yes the investors will lose. If, all bitcoin users sell it simultaneously in the same time.

Everyone panics every time BTC dips.

I wonder what A chaos it would be if BTC goes into a bear market and decreases in long term.

I almost can't imagine this although It has happened in the past

There are very less chances for bitcoin to crash way down but if you see something like that you can always convert your bitcoins into usd or altcoins you like.

Even when it starts to fall, there will be no crash of it. Bitcoin is the most powerful cryptocurrency, the first blockchain that appeared. It is almost impossible to ruin the belief of people into BTC.

You can buy bitcoin future contract and hedge against loss. But as a bitcoiner myself, if bitcoin goes down  I will double down, Bitcoin is not just a currency it is an ideology that many people are willing to die for. It is freedom!

I think it looks till nowadays, it seems not only happens on bitcoin in the world of increasingly crowded investment, of course the altcoins's investors also wouldn't be far to increasingly that intend to invest in it.
For bitcoin's investors, I'm sure if the price goes down.. they would keep holding it until the price can be moving up again and maybe they doing re-buy.
And it's not much different on Altcoins as well i guess.. of course the investors have chosen the right altcoins to be invested in the time period that has been determined.
The all investors surely it wouldn't got lose if they are smart and still have a strong sense of optimism. They certainly have a variety of the efforts that can be done to avoid the losses.

Then just try to hold your bitcoins because its normal for market to become volatile. The value of bitcoins will increase and decrease depending on the amount of demand and supply in the market. So do not worry when the btc currency is decreasing because it will still increase in no time.

What I do is to hold because Bitcoin will never stop increasing. Although there are some correction days but it will not remain or stop increasing. It's the fact that Bitcoin will reach $20,000 before 2018 and we're all excited about it.

The only option that we can do when Bitcoin decreases it's value is to Hold only if we do not need money or for emergency purposes. Holding Bitcoin is just like a very normal for every holders because we all know that Bitcoin price will rise every week and even every day.

What to do if bitcoin decreases? If it is in trading that is a right time to buy. But if you invest, better to earn free for adding the capital. But Im optimistic bitcoin price will be increasing in the future, if it's decreasing, it's only temporary.

If the price of Bitcoin decrease I will buy it as much as i can, because Bitcoin will more increasing in the future. In my opinion investor who bought Bitcoin for longterm investment is never in loss because the price of Bitcoin still able to go to $100,000 in the future. Bitcoin just the same thing like internet will bigger day by day.

Everyone has a patient to hold, The market's volatility is the reason why bitcoins value is keep on increasing and good for long term investing, When the value is low then just hold your coins because it will still increase eventually.

The price of bitcoin tends to decreases over time, but so far it's always going up after the correction happen. When this happens, almost all altcoins will drop in term of BTC and of course in USD. There's nothing you can do, just hold if you believe in this technology.
