Best to buy when bitcoin decreases its value...  Then wait for pump then sell... This is what most people in crypto do.. Many are investing thousands of their money on bitcoin like now,  new fork is coming on btc expect dump then pump again after fork..lot of people making money on bitcoin itself by just keeping it in their btc wallet then convert to their local currency once gets high profit.. Then buy again once dump again..

I suggest you to hodl Bitcoin while the price decrease. Just keep accumulating bitcoins when its going down or up. Increasing your bitcoin is alway a good choice. I believe , bitcoin will have a good price and make me huge profit if I hold for long term because blockchain technology is the future. Also you can dump your Bitcoin for fiat or Tether if you don't feel comfortable with the Bitcoin but you will regret later...

There is no losing for as long as you continue to believe and hold your Bitcoins. The dumping will not go on until Bitcoin will finally die. The dumping is on a normal level I believe so there is really no reason to panic and go on selling Bitcoins even if their buying price was much higher. That is so absurd to do. As a matter of fact, large investors are taking the opportunity that Bitcoin has gone down and let them ride the bandwagon. Those who will sell as lower as the buying price will of course lose.
