What is the difference between POW and POS?

the main difference could be summarized in that proof of work requires burning an external resource (mining hardware) while proof of stake does not. Proof of work could be criticized that if price/bitcoin rewards/fees drop then less people have incentives to mine thus the security of the system is reduced. Proof of stake could be criticized that since it is free to stake/add new blocks to the blockchain you could use it to stake several similar coins at the same time

I dont think the comparison with Coinbase is correct.I  read a lot of time than  in a chat about the fact that Saifu isn't a wallet.  CoinBase is used for bitcoin

I've found this article. And they don't say anything about "ban ICO". Just want ICO to match some guidelines. I think SFU token is utility and that's all.

I'll try to help you.I wrote on this subject in telegram chat.The whole process is automated. Saifu program checks whether it is possible to exchange within the system (checks for the presence of counter orders). If there's no such orders, your coins will be sold on the stock exchanges , for exaple Bittrex. We have corporate accounts on these exchanges.

It will be interesting to know about this some information.But I think it's too early to ask such a question. Saifu community   are more important to know how the betatesting product will work

Slack isn't good at all for crypto project. Don't you hear about slack-bot that can be easily hacked. Also there is a lot of limitations in it.
Discord is ok, but telegram is better as for me. Discord is like chat for the dota-lovers.
