Bitcoin or Ethereum

I'd stick with BTC. Both are going to rise at some point, but right now I'd put my money into BTC. Ethereum is good but bitcoin is better, so i think bitcoin is best you should buy bitcoin

People! when making an investment whether in cryptoworld or real life, always make a bucket. Some BTC some Ethereum. Not %100 percent in one of them. In this way you can profit maybe lower than %100 btc and %100 eth but its much more safer of course.

I  reccomend to buy etherium because it is cheap and in the future it can sharply rise. With bitcoin, another situation.

but now i will change my stand after believing in bitcoin this whole year.this
time i will go for ETHEREUM for what im seeing how the project planning
some new concept and updates about ethereum..and after bitcoins price
high.next year would be the ALTS SEASON so we better trust eth now or
be sorry for next year

Bitcoin is more famoues and more value. But the smart contracts on ethereum are geniues and have potential for much more. So the future will belong coins like ethereum where you can build stuff on the plattforms.

This was posted few weeks ago already when Btc was still around $10k, but right now its at $15k with $16k ATH. I would go for Btc but it seems like the price is too high to invest, and Im afraid of the possibility that it might crash anytime because of its rapid increase.  While on the otherhand Eth sits at $490 its almost $500 the speculated price before the year ends, and its gaining more popularity because of its unique platform, and the Cryptokitties run by Eth blockchain. So, as of right now I would choose to buy Eth. But its better if you invest for both coins since these two are the best crypto today.

Ethereum the best cryptocurrency in the world today. More than 50% of the transaction are in ethereum.
But as an investment, I strongly suggest BTC potential and interest from investors is much higher. We will see in 2018, many new records from BTC

as my idea, i will choose both, a wise person is a man can make safe investment but not too greedy, i never invest in just one bitcoin or ethereum but both, because despite bitcoin has high price but who knows oneday it may drop to the bottom, so i choose to invest in eth as a second income in case something wrong with bitcoin.

no matter how cool and useful the features of Ethereum are, it has great struggles to raise in price. The bigger supply and unlimited max supply are not helping here.

I agree with you, both Ethereum and Bitcoin are the first coins in the world and they are good coins. Investin in them can help you get big profit. However, their price is so high now.

In my opinion now it is time to take out money from bitcoin and put it into "good" altcoin. There is no doubt that Ethereum has good reputation and one of the best promising coin. As a result it is easy to imagine that such a "good" coin can be ETH.

Those two are different stories... Bitcoin has limited supply, it is the incredible hype and is totally unable to support the traffic which is on bitcoin blockchain in the moment. So my opinion, that technology is outdated by means of transaction speed and cost of operation. But as I said - it is in the unbelievable hype. I think this hype will end in the moment when Bitcoin will face significant stop in money income (actually it is Ponzi now). Ethereum has different grounding, it supports smart contracts and is the base of many dapps, but ETH quantity is not fixed. So overall it cannot rise as BTC. But in the moment my favorite choice would be ETH before BTC, as BTC price is actually driven only by hype and forks which are coming are not the good sign, as people in Bitcoin do not agree on anything and so many forks are unsustainable. Ethereum is blockchain of choice for most of dapps coming to the market.

Not only that ethereum is centralized and ico'd. Bitcoin is a totally different ball game.

I suggest you to buy ETH now as the price of BTC at the peak it might grow bit further soon but that will come down for sure. ETH is the best choice if you are planning for a long term investment. If want you can buy BTC when this bull run ends.

I agree BTC has already jumped a lot and may be at its peak, but with futures trading starting soon its impossible to predict how much further it will go up. One thing is sure though, ETH prices will go up soon after BTC has a small period with little movement in price. The only downside to ETH right now is the network congestion that's eroding peoples confidence in the currency.
