buzzdave sell the Bitfury ASIC stuff from EU in USA, if he gets a 1 mil.USD(teoreticky) from US folks to buy units how get the units to US soil and avoid to pay customs fee?

VAT is one thing, customs fee is another and insurance is another.
Most country in Eu does not have customs fee for electronics but they need to pay VAT.

Yes Sir, but only if You are the Company, you ask from peeps the VAT, not if you are someshop.com . The tax department  would kill me if I ask for Tax return from invoice where the company address is just shop.com (zero track to check) Gosh Kemiö, really Huh In project (development) was/are folks from USA,CA,RU and the production or HQ is in Kemiö. I was there it's nice place but....you know  Lips sealed

There should be no problems if both of seller and the buyer has company and valid VAT number. Futher, inovice need to have all that information.
Sending something as a gift or of declared value what is under the limit what carry tax duty or VAT is a risky and you as a buyer could have a problems. Customs can inspect it and if they suspect it then, you have a big problem. By "you" I does not mean necessary "you".
All of that depend on the seller, who is in this case a company and must comply with the import/export regulations.

I still do not understand your idea and you should expain it a little more....

I  Join too. Nice from You Sir, but aren't You Out Of stock for July & August? Many people like me do not know if they should buy BTC or wait for SEPA payments if the august is "Out Of stock"

Thanks for the update niko!

A: Demonstrated max speed of chip is 3.4GH/s with c-scape quick proto board and massive cooling. This could perhaps be further increased with even better cooling and board design. On our kits the chips are under clocked however to produce better efficiency and easier cooling.

This is great news!  Grin soldering a different regulator on the pcb get's tempting if I added heatsinks...

Hope that you can fix the VAT issue soon, because if I get the VAT back of my swiss order, I could buy another H-Board

that means that the chips can run at twice their advertised speed potentially!  Grin I can't wait to hear whether that becomes reproducible with the H-boards either via firmware changes or hardware mods/cooling

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461

Do you guys think it's worth getting an Oct 400 gh kit? It looks like by then KNC will likely deliver and BFL will continue to pump out ASICS so difficulty may make it impossible to pay this kit off.

Hmm, that would bring the ROI period to 3.5 months. From that point on it's only downhill as far as earnings.

But look at it this way at 200 mil difficulty an avalon unit will make just 0.18 btc per day.

I do not believe in oct diff will be so high; maybe 100-150mil. Anyhow, I feel that 400ghs miner is the "best buy" Will met ROI in couple of months and in next several months will give decent profit. But again, that depend on many factors.

This is too bad. The thing about BTC that is iffy is the miners getting in too few hands and as the difficulty increases it takes the small guy out of it for the most part.

BTC = Black Swan.
BTC = Antifragile - "Some things benefit from shocks; they thrive and grow when exposed to volatility, randomness, disorder, and stressors and love adventure, risk, and uncertainty. Robust is not the opposite of fragile.
