Is the current payout for everyone? Is there a fee for this payout?

What happened to Oct 19th's payout? Is ~154 BTC what was mined this week, or the two weeks span? I assume the later, and that there is no new hardware that mined that much in one week. Correct? |

Very good lrm, recidved mine also thanks I forgof all about the payout today ive going crazh with 32 avalon miniz setting up and selling off, with a day job it feally pilds on pressure. Lrm kdep up the good work wish I could but for aid with a good word.
