PM sent (hopefully correctly!!!)
By PM did you mean you sent him an email? There was an email address to send it to.

Maybe true. But imagine telling that to anyone that doesn't get the memo, and their bonds get "absorbed".

Yes I will be making a public list that will contain the address in one column and either ( Verified, Failed Verification, or Not Received ) so no personal info will be public ie. email addresses or anything else. Right now I've been going 12 hours and now I get to start going through 170 verification emails from people and trying to update as much as I can. So to anyone who wishes they'd hear more from me, I apologize, but it's not currently feasible to make forum posts constantly when I'm working 18-20 hour days. In short I will say that everything went great today including the highlight of the day, having a lunch/business meeting with Dave. EDIT: about the name in the message, it's more of an identification method as I recognize a lot of names from the forums. If you do not use the forums, you may just input the email you're sending from.

And sorry if I come off as overly critical, especially while you're busy. Forum lacks inflection like in emails, and silence is just as bad. What did you eat guys eat for lunch?

Ive been wondering the same thing.. heck, its gone up by about 20-30 percent, thats a lot more hashing power..... I guess it depends on when you start. So, it could be a lot more than 20 percent...

Only caveat is, difficulty has also went up in that period of time. This is why I hope Labrat get's a better price than he was expecting a few weeks ago. He was expecting to be mining with new equipment already.

Hey Zach
Any chance you could outline what the dividends were this week? I understand they will be paid next week but it would be nice to get an indication of the amount that is carried over.

Coins Mined: ~85 Payout: ~61.25 Per Bond: ~0.001104
Dave stated he'd be setting up hardware next week and getting it ready to send out. He will be sending it out in large bundles probably over the course of a week to 14 days as setting up this much equipment isn't an easy task. It will start rolling in next week and what it accumulates between time of arrival and 14 days after it is all received will 100% go into additional hardware. Dave is speaking of major major price decreases between this order and the next which means that the coins this equipment mines will not only have more purchasing power in terms of equipment price, but also BTC price.
I did wait until the last minute to take advantage of BTC price increases that have occurred recently.
I'm working on a verification spreadsheet to post that will alert anyone who has not verified addresses with me that I hope to have up tomorrow. There is a lot going on right now, but I am working on it.

I'm wondering where in the contract it says something about a fee for manual dividend payouts. I just read about that and that's quite a breach of contract. Also what stopped you from paying via BitFunder besides raking in a bit more cash for your own wallet?
Also I couldn't figure out what happens with the shares after Oct 22nd. Direct share structure or are you planning on moving to another exchange?

I'm more than glad to have paid LR the tiny fee for keeping things running during this mess that was not of his making. He didn't want to send coin to bitfunder because of all the crap going on there -- it's a pretty difficult time to trust them with almost a hundred coins, so I think most will agree it was best to go manual. He'll take a snapshot of the bondholder's assets before killing the exchange at bitfunder, so don't worry. Just worry about getting him the BTC address you used to identify yourself at bitfunder. There's instructions here on what to do if you read back a bit

or are you planning on moving to another exchange?
Errr, what exchange exactly do you suggest? There are none left other than Havelock and I for one would not place much effort in making a switch as you can fully expect that they will be the next group to be in the focus of the SEC. If you were to read a little further you would see that LRM is working on a viable longer term solution which is based on self trading within his own website etc. This will also serve (I expect) to keep him onside of securities laws in the USA which are not something to be trifled with..... And, no. There is no breach of contract here.

Well... LabRat asset-list address number : 391 Remove the 2 or 3 LabRat address and you have maybe 388. (correct me if you have the good numbers) 388*0.025 BTC = 9.7 BTC... 9.7 BTC for this week and maybee the next. Sorry but 9.7 BTC for manual payout when Bitcoind API's are here to send multiple paiement with a file, i found this very expensive. It was not 9.7BTC charged. It was closer to 5 or 6. I also do not hold any bonds whatsoever at this moment (even on the issuer account, which is my only account). I can assure you I don't want to waste another Saturday sending out dividends manually and should have an automated payout in place by next week. The other way I could have charged a fee is by % and then I have the guys holding thousands of bonds jumping down my throat. Either way it's unfair to someone. My apologies, but at least I'm paying out dividends instead of looking for a way to jump ship like half the other issuers on BitFunder. I've only just gotten back to find this chaos. I checked and I received no dividends ... what can I do? EDIT: ignore that. Just learnt the divs were paid to the public address, not bitfunder. all good
