List: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BwZCh0jtSZkwQXhYSVhzaWZUcmc&usp=sharingHW has started coming in as I said and I will be setting aside this (not including previous hashrate) revenue for new hardware until 14 days after all hardware is received... depending on the pricing I can get with Dave this will mean a lot of hardware in addition to what is being added right now. Sorry for no updates, been a little busy. grnbrg, entertain these people!!!

Lab Rat, have you got an updated shareholder list yet? Tried to transfer shares by sending mail to both the email addres on the labrat site and the one mentioned in the thread but no response yet. Can you let me know when you'll have time for this?
Thx
Contact grnbrg for the time being for trades. He deals with the trade, I update it.

And its still not on the list.. Will grnbrg handle those as well? I sent two emails one on the 26th and one last monday as per your specifications but so far I haven't heard a thing (nor seen any dividends....) You said we had untill the 7th of November and that all requests afterwards wouldn't count, I'm just trying to make sure you got my emails and I will get my divs... Cheers EDIT: just got confirmation from grnbrg that my transfer was confirmed thanks guys,

I don't get it.

Looking forward to further detail on what hardware is currently up and running and expected Any update on current hashrate? Would it be doable to post here once per week with an approximate average hashrate for the past week? The proletariat is restless

What I understand is you have got some new gear but not all the gear ordered but u are setting aside all the mining revenue from newly received gear in first batch till you receive all the hardware you have bought upto delivery of last batch of bitfury gear & then mine for 14 days from then on collectively received hardware in all the different batches combined together , is this correct ? Am I right , if so you need share with us the numbers as this needs to be discussed openly on the forum.

Interesting that ~ 5.2% (2735 of 55472) of total bonds issued have not verified.
Of the total unverified, two addresses account for more 50% of the unclaimed assets.
755 1JgrxkAbiCUnhY7jYJ5Vkiisx4DynNxCD9 655 1FPPy6mkU4HGZjvig8imkuDSzBzc4LgSET
37 accounts follow with a total of 1151 bonds ranging from 10 - 98 bonds per account.
58 accounts follow with between 1 - 8 bonds each.
I move that LRM hold these bonds in escrow for claimants for a further period of 6 months.
After that point, the bonds could be donated to charity or the Bitcoin Foundation.

Labrat mentioned before he would make it right if there were late claimants. Given where we are now on late delivery and difficulty, I wouldn't mind the bond count reducing. Every little bit helps.
The final decision rests with team labrat. I'm sure he will announce if he takes action on unclaimed bonds or if there is a change in plans.

Your kidding right? if those bonds are not claimed eventually whenever that may be they get absorbed and we get the dividends not a random charity. Gonna be hard enough to ROI as it is those unclaimed bonds might end up being the difference between this being profitable or not.

Agree. Send a message to every unverified address linking to this thread, the verification stuff or something alike.

people are awfully generous with other people's shares. if you want to donate to charity, do it on your own dime. if you want to "share the wealth," forfeit your own shares.

It appears that's the case here - people have almost forfeited their own shares....I find it odd that 1300 odd shares owned by 2 people and they haven't checked bitfunder/bfl forum/here to see what's happening with their dividends? It may just be me though.

Has LRM at least emailed the shareholders to let them know this is happening? Seems odd to just take back the shares if there's an email address and/or btc address associated with them. As much as I would enjoy the extra divs...

People can't be unaware of Bitfunder shutdown...
It's in Frontpage.
And LabRat posted in 3 different places. I can understand some people only buy share because they're available on Bitfunder and they don't check Bitcointalk or BFL forum.
But not anymore.

Could be numerous reasons why they don't know. Holidays, sickness, etc etc I think the fairest thing is for LabRat to hold the shares for them, keep the dividends for them too. Then when they come back one day, its all waiting for them. This is the fairest way. LR may be able to take a 5% fee for keeping a record of it all, but that it. Not fair to simply take the shares off the shareholders just because they didn't know to reply.

It is responsibility of both parties seller & buyer to know state of their shares & particularly if you own huge quantity of shares , if LRM has done his bit but got no response in reasonable time , then shares should be dissolved into LRM.

I own stocks, and have had periods of six months to a year without logging into my brokerage to check them. But if I did log-in after such a period and found the brokerage had "absorbed" my shares... don't you think I'd be justified to be upset and to think the brokerage had done wrong? How would you feel if you logged in after a three or four month hiatus and found that the brokerage had "absorbed" your stocks? With that in mind. LRM has existed barely a few months. Other than LRM being unregulated... How is the scenario I described different in principle?

General point - why are we still talking about this?
It really doesn't sound like anyone is going to get screwed here, LR has basically said so, and I don't think anyone will lose out here really, so can we just put this to bed?

Agreed, If you can sign the address you have on file with BitFunder you will be fine If you can't and the address is invalid it will likely be destroyed the the shares absorbed. It is as simple as that, nothing Lab Rat can do to make an invalid Address Valid. On that note, this is Lab Rat doing a good deed. It's up the the shareholders to maintain their shares and stay "in the loop". Lab Rat doesn't have time to babysit shareholders when he's babysitting 10's and potentially 100's of GH worth of Equipment. Regardless of circumstance (Death, Vacation, Forgetting, etc...) It is up to you in the end to be vigilant with your investments (Unless you pay a broker to do that for you! Maybe Grnbrg wants to get in on that as well )
