LRM contracts now valued at less than 0.0027 by 'the market' . . . maybe it's time for some details Zach because clearly contract holders did not interpret your good news as good news.

That's Game Over guys  - LRM is dead. Brandon will not see this company wind up anywhere except totally bankrupt and Zach will be paying the lawyer fees from your dividends.

If I remember correctly this started before bonds changed to contracts. And at that time LR went missing. So these guys got fed up with it?

Or does this have anything to do with the lot of promise of the asic- project?

Are those dudes going to punish us suckers for accepting the new contract?

That can take a while! Of course he has known about this for weeks, like everything else. Except BFL where he has been clueless since day 1

Wait for a word from LabRat.

I poked him for a comment.  I wouldn't expect him to do much more than acknowledge the fact that the suit exists, though.  Even amateur internet lawyers know that if you are the focus of a lawsuit, you STFU and don't say anything about it.

It sucks, no way around it.  Hopefully it's over soon, with as little cost as possible.

Brandon's intention is almost certainly to burn the company to the ground and then go after Zach's personal assets - he isn't playing games. Something went sour, this suit is the result.

Been following LRM from the beginning. Sorry but Brandon doesn't ring a bell. Who is he? Did he go by a different user name?

You'll know me as dgiors in some other forums.

This began precisely when the bonds changed to contracts.  I'm not involved in it.  I can say it is the result of the the absolutism and lack of any amicable exit option.  Fortunately, I didn't drop enough dime (due to my own concerns) on this for it to be a worthwhile for me to spend anytime what-so-ever pursuing any options to making our original agreement whole.  When two parties can't agree on settlement, or one of them stops working on an agreeable solution, unfortunately the final recourse is the court system.  Some of these people lost significantly and by all right can/should pursue a settlement the only way they have left, in the courts.  There was very little option left once the door to the communication lines and willingness to offer palatable options/work with people on a fair agreement was closed.  I find none of this a surprise, but want to correct a misrepresentation of the past.  It was the bonds to contracts change.  I shall sulk back into my silent world, with only my occasional viewing of this thread (in hopes of one day feeling closure).  I would only suggest not bashing these people for trying to get a fair reconciliation for what was, in their minds and many others, unfair massive losses.

Edit: I wouldn't take any of this to be personal against investors (after all they are investors too), but it is problem resolution between them and LRM and they only had one recourse left

Fair words Endlessa, its all about arbitrary forcing us to accept a concept chnage along with a huge change in the terms of contract in several aspects, and the lack of information about it.

I hope it goes very well for the plaintiffs, whatever comes for Zach, he created it.
