Ok, I just skimmed (Skimmed.  Sorry if I missed a post...) through the thread back to the change announcement early in March, and here are a few of the "list of questions" posts.  Might be useful as a start of discussion....

You pre-mined 2 weeks with hardware at the higher BTC rate.

You make a large profit for re-invest,(reminds coindesk article with the 150 TH/s, or is this a lie?).

Where is the money ?

Labrat. Please respond to these questions where answers are highly anticipated:

What is up with the 150TH order?

What is the current status of the hardware resources you've been working on? Were any bridges closed or burned?

Are you committed to LRM being an actual success?

Are you committed to keeping the spirit of the agreement you communicated and sold to everyone?
That spirit means you intend to continue to send out dividends in proportion to the growth of the whole company hash-rate, and maintain the same continual re-investment plan.

Some questions that would be nice to have answered concerning Due Diligence LR performed on executing the old bonds/contracts/mining shares (whatever we want to call them now) and the change to new ones:

• What is the problem?
• Did this problem suddenly happen? (I assume no, since you said you've been working on this for 2-3 months)
• If not, why are we addressing it right now with partial solution?
• Why didn't we address this earlier?
• Why didn't we discuss the problem prior to taking action?
• Can we have a copy of what the lawyers had to say on the issue and the solution?
• What agency is exerting pressure on LRM, if any?
• Why tell us the purchase of new hardware was going to give us 2 gh/s per share, if you already knew there were problems with the shares being legal?
• Why sell more shares, if you already knew about this?

Why can we not get the following information:

Current bond list

Original contract details

Why has the following not been provided:

Any business report/financials

A trading platform

These are basic requirements that have nothing to do with any laws/statutes

Can anyone answer any of these questions or answer why we should not be privilege to this?

The contract is complete and I have the go ahead to release the doc, but there is one question still un-answered to my lawyer that I'm waiting on before finishing the announcement that will go out with it giving a brief overview.

This will likely be answered Monday with it (now) being Easter.  Either way the AMA is Fri. and any questions you may have will be answered as complete and specific as is possible.

What time (and in what time zone) will the AMA be held on Friday?

I just got off the phone with my lawyer.  We're working on final editing and I hope things will be done.  I've informed him of the importance, but I cannot force him to work on a holiday weekend if things are not complete and ready for release by days end.

The AMA has been scheduled for Friday 4/25/14 between the hours of 2 and 4 PM Eastern Time.

I'd like to know if LRM would buy back bonds from investors and at what price. If not, then why? It has become obvious that trade between investors will never happen again and pls trolls don't be naive. And to hope that there will ever be new investors is just ....a dream. And there is no need to talk about that its all about the price, i believe this question is in majority of investors (bond/sheerholders) head because we are all just tied to LRM at the moment without the possibility to get any reasonable amount of the investment back.

Why has there been absolutely ZERO clarity of how much in total funds LRM has in BTC and FIAT as well as other coins and how much in BTC/Fiat has been spent on currently hashing hardware and non delivered hardware?

Will you eliminate your mystery fee from the 25% and replace it with an issuance of say ~5% to 7% new "bonds" or "contracts" for yourself? And report on all mining proceeds.
This is for two primary reasons:
(1) Transparency. Something you claimed from the start that you wanted to provide.
(2) Your compensation is equally dependent upon the same payout scheme as every investor that actually funded the company and made it possible.

Love that level of sarcasm.  Reminds me of a few choice comments when the company I worked for issued a 'no working from home ever under any circumstance' policy after buying everyone laptops w/ vpn access.

Tracking back the dividends we receive, we can infer at least a couple likely addresses, but I do agree we should be told specifically which addresses LRM owns and uses.  Would also like to know which addresses does LRM / LR own and use?  If that information is to remain secret, why?

Now since Josh just announced the chips are fully functional we should hear more from LabRat.  I have a feeling he bought only BFL Monarch's even though he is not confirming for some reason.  My guess is he is stalling until they begin shipping so people don't bitch so much.
