Oh on the sneaky services of court papers, that's just kinda the nature of their business.  You should watch pineapple express on crackle, as Seth Rogen does a great parody of it.

www.crackle.com/c/pineapple-express

Me and my husband were laughing our asses off about it.  After participating in several .com type businesses (you can't do business for long without being sued by somebody unhappy eventually, every business eventually has to have attorneys on retainer) and each of us having 2 divorces, every time papers show up it's new different kind of hilarity.  One lady looked like she was about to deliver a singing telegram, just say "Thank you very much.", wink, and let it work itself out in court. Enjoy that movie, it's free and the commercials are minimal.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

So . . .how I interpret this, somebody correct me if I'm wrong, is they've attempted to serve summons 3 times.  They haven't actually been able to serve Zach.  They've gotten Zach's mom or somebody named Donna.  I'm curious as to why Zach or his attorney(s)  haven't seemed to make themselves available for service.  My understanding is they have to serve Zach, otherwise the judge will eventually allow it to occur via a public notice (at least that's how it works in divorce *cough, from my personal experience*, which is also civil).  Though I personally think this tends to annoy the heck out of the judge.  It would be nice, imo, to see a formal response from LRM.  Anyhoo, I am learning a lot and fascinated by how readily the courts make this information available.  The more ya know. . .etc. . .

Edit: Ty for the donation Smiley keeps me motivated Smiley

In the midst of all of this, I have been moving as the lease on my condo (slight hint that I'm not misappropriating funds) ended in mid Aug.  I was not hiding from anyone, they were just looking in the wrong places.

I was served the paperwork Sat. that you posted all the docs by some guy trying to be sneaky parking around the corner and wearing shorts/t-shirt (which I found funny as I was waiting for them, not hiding from them.)

BTW, I would like to thank you Endlessa for a few things you've done as I can't comment and it's better to have truthful information out there rather than trolls and speculators.

Oh, were you forced from the condo? If so, my condolences.   I was under the understanding you were moving to a newly purchased house. Did all  that fall through or something? A random public record flew by that made me wonder.

NP on the report, I just want to see through the chaos Smiley  I'd love to see direct information posted from you guys, but I understand the need to not comment publicly, as well.  Anything your lawyers deem appropriate to post would be an additional and appreciated bit of information for us we can rely on.

Yah, the lease was up and they said I could buy it or get out.

I'll ping them and see if there's anything I can share of any importance tomorrow as people outside the BTC community don't work Sundays generally (at least without charging more)

<speculation>As per the address that was there I followed the chain to and from BFL's addresses, so either it is one of BFL's address, one of EMC's addresses, or it was Gox and BFL may have been goxed which could explain a little bit about their delays as money issues could've turned them into (more of) a Ponzi. </speculation>

Hi Labrat

Can you please explain how the bonus is working.  In your signature you state that currently 17.7TH/s is contracted and 130TH/s is bonus.  Shouldn't that mean the amount of BTC created by bonus's should be approx 7.3 times the amount mined for the contracts?  As it stands the payout is under half of that at about 3.2 times.

All expenses of the company come from the hashrate that is uncontracted.  If the bonus was 7 times the normal the power would go out and the rent wouldn't be paid.

We appreciate it.  It would be very annoying if everyone here involved in LRM had to create an account and pay these people for "access" to public records.

Oh just realized what you meant by Zach can't talk, by response I meant the legal response to the court they file within 21 days after being served, not expecting Zach to answer here.

There will likely be multiple responses before one of true importance is even worth sharing.  I'll ask my lawyers if I should share or just let you guys pull from public records...
Please do let us know either way.

Cross thread quote alert!

From BFL fucks us over again:

Did somebody mention the FTC? Apparently the FTC showed up with US Marshals today and closed the place down, seized their assets, and sent everyone home. I only have personal confirmations of this at the moment as I am a former employee but I expect this to be verified in the news soon. You heard it here first.

Should be interesting, if true....

So far, no confirmation.  Odds are looking good for this being a successful troll.

There really is nothing to take pictures of.  I have been to the headquarters a few times for various reasons, and really, nothing is out of place or looks different.  The parking lot is still full of cars, just like normal, and you can't tell who is going inside whether it is for A.L. Huber or for BFL.  I sat outside for a good 10 minutes and watched a few sharply dressed men enter into the front of the building, again could be for either company, but no one come out.  They sure didn't look like they had sent a bunch of people home or were raiding and seizing assets of anyone.

No police cars, no government looking cars, nothing besides the normal.  If you want pics, you can go to google earth and look from there, it looked the exact same as when I drove by.

The only thing I noticed was a large semi truck out back, and when I went around into the hotel parking lot next door and peered through the bushes, there were a couple of large trucks.  The other ones probably belonged to the construction company, but the one closest to me was rented from a local company (I forget the name) and said, "Operated by Butterfly Labs" on the side of it.  Nothing was going on with it, and I couldn't see in.  The light was not right for me to snap a picture, but I thought it odd they would need to long term lease a shipping truck.

All in all, pretty uneventful and kind of a waste of time, nothing seemed to be going on and it sure looked like people were probably inside working away.

Says everything looks normal

Still waiting for more info on the BFL deal, chances are that if someone wanted to troll, they could wait for the heads of BFL to be leaving for a conference or meeting of some sort to where they couldn't deny the claims and then post something like this.  Honestly, I have no clue myself but should be interesting either way.

Speaking of interesting...

I've had some contact this afternoon from someone whose word I trust, and who is close enough to BFL to know.  They confirmed the above post.
