I am going to try to make a bootstrap.dat file and upload it to MediaFire. If that doesn't work I will try just a rar of the block data. create a primecoin.conf in your primecoin directory and add
seednode=primeseed.muuttuja.org
This worked for me today. If this fails I can PM you my IP for network sync. Let me know. Forward port 9911 to your client through your router for faster sync (peer to peer)
I miss this coin too, sad to see it go the way it did. Seems like the official wallet download should at least be updated with the new seednodes

Prime coin looks very attractive at these levels I believe prime coin can be great again it's been steady in price the last 18 months while btc has soared I think now might be the time prime coin rally sharply way undervalued in my opinion

With bitcoin dropping primecoin is a great place to be let's fix the explorer update website maybe start a slack primecoin should be a ten top coin need too get the word out to the scientific community about prime coin let's keep finding those new world records

We need to update website and fix block explorer what do we need to do to get that done do we need to contact sunny King to do that? Primecoin does great scientific work finding prime numbers we should contact some science department at major universities give them info on prime coin

I think it's a good coin that does a great service to the scientific community finding prime numbers this coin could easily come back to life and return to its former glory the website needs updating lists wrong link to block explore they need start dev fund maybe give 2 pct block rewards to it btc is going to lose market share this is going to be positive for primecoin 5.5 cents is very cheap
