I m not sure what I m missing, but why would I purchase AMC-PT shares on BTCT @ BTC0.002500 and then have to go through the tendering process rather than buy AMC ones directly on BitFunder @ BTC0.00204001 and then tender them. Or buy ActiveMining shares @ BTC0.00209511 and avoid all the trouble.

I m sure there must be a good reason, just can't seem to get my head around it.

Would really appreciate if someone could take the time to explain that to me, cheers.

Sure. If you buy AMC-PT they will be tendered automatically by btct.co once ACTIVEMINING is approved, without any effort on your part. Also, buying them there from the big ask wall @0.0025 means your coin goes directly to ActiveMining's BTC balance, not to someone else.

When I need a good laugh, I check this thread.

Yeah it's kind of like following the scam accusations numerous people have labeled you with, always good for a laugh.

'Arrogant one-line-wonder', was a line someone said about TF once. I laughed.

Our Plans For Shares and the NRE:

When we reach our goal of funding for the NRE from any of the following sources (shares sales, machine sales, chip sales, private funding, mining, loans etc) with a bit of leeway for other expenses, I will make a post here in the thread and then take down the wall immediately.

I can admit, he is pretty witty and funny, but I wouldn't say going around bashing folks as you have your own issues and questions of legitimacy a good practice or of any intelligence.

I can't wait to see the wall go... then we'll discover the true market price as the manipulators abandon the blatant tactic of trying to slow down ActM's progress. I suspect we'll look back at 0.0025 and laugh at how low it was  Wink

Gosh, I really wish we could someone magically see how many shares forum members hold. I bet even the most passionate naysayers of AM secretly hypocritically hold at least some shares.

Wouldn't it be ironic if everyone posting here was a shareholder!  Cheesy

(it belongs here, not in AM speculations)

It's 15! Day for the proper financial reports?
Waiting for P/L, CF and balance sheet

1) Statement of financial position: also referred to as a balance sheet, reports on a company's assets, liabilities, and ownership equity at a given point in time.
2) Statement of comprehensive income: reports on a company's income, expenses, and profits over a period of time. A profit and loss statement provides information on the operation of the enterprise. These include sales and the various expenses incurred during the processing state.
3) Statement of cash flows: reports on a company's cash flow activities, particularly its operating, investing and financing activities.

kslaughter, what time (UTC)?

It's 15!

Funny, I thought you had posted more times than that!

Any idea how deranged you appear when you bold large screeds of your post? I don't think the world of Bitcoin stocks is for you - I suggest you check out the companies listed on the NYSE, FTSE or NASDAQ. Don't worry, they are quite safe.  Cheesy

bold stuff is for you lolstate. If you blink while reading, there is a chance you move your finger back to the bold stuff, and read again.

You want to look for a stock broker who can sell you shares that keep you in your comfort zone.   Cheesy

This is a bit of a heads up as to potential short term price rise. When the wall comes down price won't hang around.

Yes, it would be nice. However I don't see you bolding large parts of your post and demanding info like a spoilt brat. Which is the difference between you and Eskimo.
