Thank you for the quick response.

Have you and burnside finalized any plans for automatic transmission of shares between AMC and ActiveMining as has been discussed before?

No, as it has to be approved first.

The admin lock has been removed.  There is still an issuer lock that needs to be removed before voting can begin.

Ken, when you're certain the contract/prospectus is solid and ready for voting, you can go ahead and remove that lock.

Cheers.

To you people that created a wall of 450k shares between .00248 and .00249999 on BitFunder: There's no way in hell that I'm giving you money when I can buy shares for the same price on BTC-TC and have it go directly to ActiveMining.

Never in a million years.

Trip to Springfield - Quick Summary

I am going to give a very quick summary of my meeting with Ken.  I am going to be busy tomorrow, so I will try to get a thorough report out in a few days.  I also need to clarify a few things with Ken and let him review anything he might not want revealed at this time or at all.

Overall Impression - Good/Positive

Ken and I talked for a few hours.  I told Ken a little bit about myself, but we mostly talked about his endeavors.  He's got quite a bit of experience in all types of businesses and some good business philosophies to back it up.  I have the impression that Ken is a driven, honest, and frugal person.  I definitely did not sense any red flags at any time during our conversation.  Ken drove me over to Springfield Underground and VMC headquarters.  Here are the pictures I took.  More details to come in a few days.

Fantastic. That is the reassurance I was waiting for before increasing my holdings. Just have to open an account with btc-tc so that AM get the funds rather than speculators.

AMC from BTCT. This way your BTCs go directly to the company, not to speculators.

+1.
BUT if you're going to use Bitfunder, buy whichever is cheaper. If it ends up being AMC just make sure to trade them for ActiveMiner shares as soon as you're done buying.

It is my understanding that once ACTIVEMINING is approved on BTC-TC, AMC shares will automatically be converted over.

It's their own freedom of choice to sell .0001 cheaper than the wall,
but the REAL idiots are those people who have sell orders right AFTER the wall, at .0026, etc.
Can you imagine, all the work and time it takes to buy up all the issued shares, only to have your shares eaten back up so that you can make a measly .0001 extra profit?

LOL.  The stupidity is unbelievable.  Maybe some people don't realize that Bitfunder and BTCT actually share the same bottleneck right now (about 1.8 million shares @ .0025).

Wannabe daytraders, basically.

That's correct but AFAIK the process on bitfunder will remain manual.

Once ACTIVEMINING is approved on BTC-TC then AMC-PT should be automatically converted over, this is all on BTC-TC. BitFunder has AMC and ActiveMining. Smiley

Once the wall at 0.0025 gets eaten I'd say each share is worth like 0.005. Smiley

We're in a good spot at the moment. BTC-TC is carrying us through this: 1,683,441 of 21,000,000 shares left.

if you are content with waiting 80 days then feel free to support the wall.
I'm quite content, yeah. The wall is 1840987 high. 30h ago, it was 1965000. At this rate, it would be gone in 18 days.

See you in eighty days anyway.
1664220 43h after.

16 days at this rate.

It will only get faster! Smiley The more shares are bought, the more ActM is worth and the more .0025 is "cheaper" for what ActM holds in assets/bitcoin balance.
