So basically I click transfer, then enter my total shares, send to AMC-Tender and thats pretty much it?
and make sure to email ken in the format he requested so he can track and transfer your shares.

You also need to send an email. All of the details are in the first page of the thread if you read more carefully. If you are still confused I guarantee your question has been answered at least once somewhere in the thread, and you can search something like "AMC Tender" and get plenty of results.

I think I've got it, I just wanted to be careful before I sent all my shares off into the wild blue yonder.

I will be working on dividends tonight. Since we are now on PDT and had a ton of meeting today they will be late.

It's good to be careful. Someone could easily register an account like "AMCTENDER" or AMC_TENDER" etc. to receive ill-gotten shares.

Yes, that is a fairly unreasonable request. Do you expect CEOs of large corporations to post up-to-the-minute updates about deals that they are brokering? I am pretty sure they wait until everything has been finalized and then send out a press release. People have also accused Ken of being shortsighted in many of his actions such as releasing new IPO shares at .0025 after the price had risen significantly. I would rather Ken take all the time he needs to make a proper announcement rather than rush incomplete information to the shareholders.
I never said it had to be immediate. He can take his time but if he's going to report on his time in California all he should also show he was there. Again, an easy task not that unreasonable. Also, he's a one man show of a start up business, not the CEO of a Fortune 500 company so the expectations are not the same. I'm not accusing him of anything, just being diligent.

Can we expect to hear the details of this meeting? If so, when? I know you are swamped so please don't hear this as a complaint! Thanks for your hardwork, Ken.

We would rather hear an update on your meeting rather than worry about our shitty little dividends. Dividends don't even matter until we get some real equipment up. Priorities, Ken. We want to know how the meeting went. Come on.

Asking what's going on in meeting is reasonable. But asking for travel proofs just going too far. That means you assume that he was not there at all, which is ridiculous. If people doubt you are a man, would you show you P**** to prove you are??? If I was him, I would just tell you go to invest other companies.

My Value analysis showing I have no shares, will this update soon? I've got like 3 support requests about this already. The value analysis is based on past trades. ACTIVEMINING shares at this point essentially have none. ;( It's like if you had tendered AMC-PT to Ken, then he tendered you back ACTIVEMINING. The shares you would receive would have no value history. Quick tip: you can transfer your shares to yourself and set a value if you want to set a starting value on all of your new ACTIVEMINING shares. Cheers.
