Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

You guys gotta create as many support tickets as you can with Cryptopia to solve this issue. I have created 3 tickets already and every time you get a response saying their waiting time is 23 days. I can't believe this happening to the only exchange ZER uses. Their wait time on transfer is also too long! I wish I have kept my coins in my personal wallet.

A lot of support tickets might not solve the actual problem that Cryptopia has. They have become pretty ignorant over the last few months when it came to customer management. Some people report they have been waiting for over a months to get an answer.

i made maybe 10-15 Tickets over the last years on topia cuz of wd & depo delays (sometimes delays for days/weeks) they never answered one of this tickets.
they just solve the problem "sometime" with no notification ....

I personally think most of the exchanges provide awful customer experience. Sometimes it is as bad as it can get. Like misappropriation or theft when they ask you to be patient (for 4 weeks) while your coins get stuck in the most volatile market the world has seen as of today. Not funny.

I've give abit more life to the Reddit page Smiley

New Animated Banner + Change Logo position [rotates 360] + spacing. [#header , #header-bottom-left , .side{margin: , .side:before - etc]

Plus "Search" now glows (liquid animation) with gradient lines etc - this was done last week. [.side #search:before , .side #search:after , webkit-keyframes - etc]

Hey guys,

Would it be possible if we can get weekly updates from the dev and marketing team as we move through 2018?  It doesn't have to be in paragraphs.  Bullet points would be nice.

Thanks!

I've got this response from cryptopia's fb page after asking what's the problem with the wallet.
Contrary of my expectations, they replied within minutes Smiley

This is not a good customer experience I never had to create tickets in the past! I just hope to solve the problem without notifications! and I'm also hoping that another exchange will be in place soon!

Looks like you have been of the few very lucky customers who never had to submit a ticket. These days it's more the rule than the exception that withdrawals and deposits work without any problems.

Price is dipping down a lot. does it have anything to do with the Cryptopia wallet being under maintenance since no one is able to deposit, withdraw or trade in general?
