I have a confession to make.... I put a lot of buys about 0.00000001 apart - I was being silly... within minutes people started screaming about manipulation...

I lolled - harden up folks.

Down to .0042 on btct.co

Triple bottom just formed, that is bullish, bids supporting .004..

Also - are we on track to get any Avalon chips mining by the end of August? or is this still unknown?

There are lots of people selling to get into LABCOIN, without even doing their due diligence on that. Smiley

They are in for a big surprise there... Grin

Fact. while I certainly hope that they do well, it's looking like a lot of people are going to get hurt and have to rebuy ActM at higher than they sold.

Removed and reposted my comment from the official thread to this thread.

You dont have 10k walls pushing the prices down and disappering when somebodys intention is to sell.. its clear and rampant manipulation..

This is going to be my last post on this - that's the free market.

If you don't like it, don't play the game.

Personally, I'm not playing and will just hold through the madness rather than take silly risks.

Perhaps someone is trying to sell 10,000, and wants to sell them but there's no buying pressure. With so many millions of shares on BF, the price is really inflated. There's no way that the company is worth as much as it is currently valued. But if you would like to see the manipulation stop, then buy the 9,372 shares. I just moved it down .00009 for you. I don't want to sell them because the bid wall has no volume. It would drop the price down ridiculously.

EDIT: By saying it's not worth what it's currently valued, I still believe for the long term holders (3-5 months) it is undervalued. I like ACTM, I like Ken, I think they're on to something big.

This is true - but I think there will be a chance to enter Labcoin at the IPO price in a week or so. At that level there is probably some value to be had, no chance of getting in at that level today

VBS - what is your total network hashrate estimate for Dec 31 of this year (that you used to estimate mining revenue on your sheet for AMC). I should be able to sort it out, but cant 0.o

Most of these new guys are in just for the quick cash: spend as less money as possible in chip designing costs (that's why they go >100nm) so they can start selling as quickly as possible to the greater fool.

They don't mind the fact that you are left with an inefficient mining chip that will probably be obsolete within a year. Once more 28nm players come around they will crash very badly. Sad

Wafer costs are basically the same for any die size, to anyone making 28nm chips will have the best cost advantage, there's no "if"s or "but"s here.

They are estimating 130nm chip delivery in Q4 2013. Are they serious?! That's when ActM and KnC are also delivering chips, their profit time-frame for 130nm is crazy small!  Huh

Total network hashrate for Dec is a total gamble right now. There are so many new players entering the market in Q4 that it's very difficult to predict (who will really deliver?). I have much more confidence on eAsic delivering on time, as they use a very smart structured asic approach than anyone building standard cell asics that can turn out much different than the design.

What I can predict is that anyone on 28nm will stop mining later than anyone else, as it's all a profit/expense calculation and the #1 expense is power cost. Even a GPU today is profitable if you have free power. In the end, it all boils down to power efficiency and that's the main benefit of small die sizes.

Both LABCO and BTCGARDEN want to pass the idea that manufacturing on 130nm is much cheaper than on anything else. It's not! The transistor cost is pretty consistent.

Woaahh I was completely wrong about these guys, I thought they were targeting 40nm for the end of 2013. No serious mining operation would bulk buy old tech like that...not at a price that would be at all attractive to shareholders...

So much evidence of people (btct investors) who completely do not understand this industry just unloading money and crossing their fingers after seeing ASICMiner and AMC shareprice explode. Bitcoin mining rigs will be a real market in 2014, Labcoin just wont compete.

Seems like we've hit a healthy price. I'm glad. Who knows where it'll go from here. It's going to be an interesting next few days. We'll see the true value of ACTM. We've got labcoin IPO this evening and S.DICE coming in soon.
