They've lowered it. For now the pre-sale minimum is 0.1 ETH , maximum is $50.000.

that's the simplest psychology. tell the people they have only 3 days to buy something, then they are at sunrise of the first day at your door
then announce that there are already 3000 early buyers, lower the minimum for a purchase and voila, they buy the tokens like hot cakes

As you might have known already, what Luxcess group has set out to do is a totally new concept on liaising the FIAT and crypto world. I trust their experience in both areas will be able to generate revenues, which is why I am in complete support of this project

Many of the experience in Fiat would suit the experience for a Crypto especially when it comes to legalities on investments. It is crucial in these kinds of businesses that the business actually demonstrate capabilities especially to make winning investments.

that's the simplest psychology. tell the people they have only 3 days to buy something, then they are at sunrise of the first day at your door

Yep shortening the available window triggers the FOMO response and will drive sales it’s a pretty reliable sales tactic not just in crypto but pretty much every sales industry utilizes it to some extent but ICOs tend to know how to get people to double dip the FOMO with various pre and post ico bonuses

Many of the ICOs started adopting FIAT for their token sales. This is a good strategy to capture lots of investors. Most of the recent ICOs who gave opportunity to invest in FIAT was successful. Hope Luxcess will follow that trend as well.

The information posted by Hendobox is from the subsection 5.2.3 ICO INITIAL COIN OFFERING, so Luxcess participated in ICO.
You can see that the overall score is very good except for KICKICO, where 98.1% loss is registered, but in total +1701.93% profit has been generated
Chapter 5 is called ''Luxcess Performance'', which is the indicator that the numbers are meant to be demonstrated as luxcess's records
