Litecoin to be over $5000 in 2018?

Come on, what are you expecting from cryptocurrency market if you want to see Litecoin hit $5000? And how much Bitcoin should be in this case. I agree this is a good coin and I like to use it, but this feelings don't cost $5k

I'm quite doubtful if the Litecoin can hit over $5000 in 2018. Litecoin and other altcoins are still following the price of BTC. Now, they are all dropping. I know that there are still several months to the end of this year. But, I think it is very difficult to reach that price.

Really. You all say that some altcoin will surpass bitcoin or Ethereum, reaching a price of a couple of thousand. If such an altcoin appears, and will gain a couple of thousand, then bitcoin will cost several tens of thousands by that time.

The possibility is always possible. The prediction is always guess. There is a possibility to reach 5k$ for litecoin but not this year. I guess more years to come from now. Maybe 5years is the best assumption

It is very not easy for the coins to raise their price in the very high price only in few months. Moreover, Litecoin is less popular than Bitcoin very much. I don't think it will be.

the way on how litecoin may increase for are very small and this is not taking to be boom the price of it that is why if there us a possibility about this currency it would take some time but yes litecoin are some of the currency that are stable on its price.

It is too far from reality. litecoin is indeed the old coins that have potential, but because of all the crypto was falling this year including it was litecoin then to reach a price of as high as I thought it would be hard to altcoin themselves. litecoin can only shine for this year but certainly be waiting for the increase of the bitcoin myself also.

It is not gonna happen in 2018 for Litecoin to grow to that figure. Trading as low as below $200 today, $5000 is certainly not realistic in the next 1, 2, or even 3 years. LTC still has a long way to go.

So I have taken notice of this "coinbase effect" and I really believe that it is true. I think that people are downloading coinbase, seeing how high BTC is, and deciding to invest into LTC and ETH instead. I am NOT saying that these coins will pass BTC in any way, but I do think that LTC and ETH will be in the 4-10 thousands next year for sure. I think this is very hard to happen because LTC isn' t like bitcoin , it's not yet expressed base on. To talk about the order of the order , ETH has a lot more potential than LTC , but ETH's price was just stopped at $1000. Since then we can realize that , LTC is very difficult to get the $5000

Litecoin to cross 500 usd is already very bullish. So If it will cross 5000 or even reach half of that amount that would definitely be a bull run for the crypto currency. And its already half of the year 2018 so I dont think it will ever happen. but who knows, may be in the end of the year bull run will start again.
