There was a huge apparent spike earlier today, but BTCguild had insanely high luck on some of it's shifts: https://www.btcguild.com/index.php?page=pplns  152%, 149% and then 190%.  That could account for what looked like a huge spike.

Hey All,

Just came across this article on CoinDesk, figured I'd share it: http://www.coindesk.com/inside-butterfly-labs-the-challenges-of-producing-bitcoin-mining-hardware/

They claim to be shipping 300 units a day; the fact that very very few of you have been receiving yours makes that possibility a little scary... They're shipping orders in the order in which they were received, but even if they were only shipping 5 GH/s units, that's 1.5 TH/s a day being added to the network; 45 TH/s a month. Scary stuff!

i just see that BFL is ship th order for 5GH/s order by Nov 2012..

Thank you for your copy-paste.

This is a thread about BFL shipping, if you don't like it leave.

There is some others threads about BFL shipping, and everyone that copy-paste same info that is in blog in my opinion just increasing post count
by meaningless posts.
This thread is about BFL
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=150803.2600

If you going to make 1kk different threads about BFL: Shipping, Boxing, Ordering, Spamming, Promises, Lies etc... this forum will be full of BFL threads.

This thread is just joking about Josh lies about shipping units/day and is not official topic about BFL products.

Still all this is my opinion, if you dont like it - dont read it.

ALL A PACK OF LIES FROM BFL

What was really happening was BFL were hoping for 300 pre-orders a day with no intention to ship more than it would take to keep the pre-orders coming and shipping only what was necessary to placate the masses of angry and frustrated clients.

The masses don't exactly seem placated...

If all the June Minirig orders have received at least one 500GH/s unit, that's quite a few TH/s added to the net already.

Yes, all 6 mini-rig pre-orders from June 2012 have received 1/3rd of their order.  Cheesy

It's not everyday that a person pays for a complete product but only receives a 1/3 and is happy about it.

Also, I don't think the same people who are receiving other units sans PSUs would do the same if they ordered another product of which their livelihood depend upon said purchase.

You have the option of waiting or taking delivery now sans the PSU.

How convenient that they overestimated their ASIC's power efficiencies. Would of been a problem taking a chainsaw to a single 1500GH/s unit

1) I have to hand it Facebook, I have never used something so much that I hate with such a passion and cannot bring my stupid, weak human brain to delete the account as many times as I've hovered the link and read about account closure:

2) but of course BFL is far greater evil.  Yes, they have approved and paid for an ad citing 72 hour shipping.

I'm flying FPV race drones these days. Check out my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/MiconFPV

Wow, that's bad, is that really real?!

That's pretty brazen if it's in-fact a real advertisement. It's outright false advertising if so.

EDIT: Confirmed on reddit to be a scam and unrelated to BFL entirely.
