Monarch BTC must be rolling in.
They still have a pool of money to come in next month or so when they ship the bulk chip orders, remember they only took 50% payment for those, so there is 50% more waiting for them, which I think was a wise move.

They could even announce another round of chip sales after the first round is delivered, say at $40-$50 per chip, and they would still be competitive with many of the 28nm offers out there, a community of DIY boards tested/shipped would go a long way to restore faith.
