It is very bad that bitcoin and crypto currency are used for criminal purposes. Now I think for these purposes already use anonymous coins more than bitcoin. Many of them consider crypto currencies to be dangerous. But I do not think that everything is so bad. Paper money is also used by criminals.

Well, it is not the problem with Bitcoin but the human involved. There are also cases whereby people buy and sell drugs or involve in any illegal activities using fiat.
Correct, bitcoin is a blessings why their are many people use bitcoin in a very dirty play such as what you have said buying drugs in which belongs to illegal activity. I am so curious why they want that kind of black job. Bitcoin supposed to use in daily which can be lead into the right path and can straighten a life of human being. |

well, every thing has a negative side, even bitcoin, and its use depends on how that person uses it. maybe a lot of people are using it for illegal transactions, but, so many people take advantage of bitcoin to help others. every thing has good things, and bad things. but right now, the bad thing about bitcoin is a little bit in the corner. |

well of course there will always be the downside and the cons from everything, including bitcoin, it is true that some people use it for illegal activities, such as drugs, money laundering, or anything related to "mafia" world, but the thing is it should not bitcoin to be blamed, all these illegal activities is not because of bitcoin in the first place, bitcoin is a tool, it is the third party in any transaction, there will always be illegal activities and it is funny to single out bitcoin.

Conclusion is that BTC is also a currency which is having a high value in the market..and bitcoins must not be used in these illegal activity which can reduce its usage and value.
Anything that is valuable in this earth can be a source of illegal activities. Bitcoin can bring harm for the people but the people makes bitcoin harm to everyone. That's why I think we need the proper regulation on how to use cryptocurrency because a lot of criminalities may cause if the government will not impose certain violation and law against the criminal. Bitcoin is a currency and we should not make it as a factor to harm to everyone. |

Some othe people they dont find a good job to sustain their needs they used bitcoin to approach other people and they started doing bad things, like scam. They used bitcoin in illegal way to get more money to other people. |

Bitcoin in payment of drugs and use it in the deep web before the blockchain not been created. And use it in illegal money laundering but now it cannot happen. If they use bitcoin for money Laundry it can be use as a proof or evidence to get it in the jail because the transaction can be traced

bitcoin is a digital currency whose use is very free, meaning anyone can use bitcoin to be used for a crime or good, only if it is used for criminal action seems really sad. |

Because of illegal use some governments are banning bitcoins and investors suffer. There are safety issues with bitcoins as well. A lot of people all over the world have lost their Bitcoins due to a number of reasons like hacking or phone getting stolen. All the Bitcoins are stored digitally and thus it is easy for hackers to hack your account and then transfer the holdings to their own account. Even reporting this to police will not help as these transactions cannot be reversed. |

Bitcoin has and still is used for illegal activities such as drugs, buy/selling weapons, hiring assassins, and so on. It is not something new. The dark net holds 80% of the internet. Everything in there is used by bitcoin. You cannot use a real life currency to buy or sell something

Bitcoin is very possible for illegal activities such as black market, buying drugs, buying weapons and more. But as long as there are still many who use it for good things, I think bitcoin will still be a good source of income and will probably remove such illegal activity.

It is indeed can be used to illegal activities that is why bitcoin is going to get restrictions to most of the countries,that is the main reason why most of the people wants to get bitcoin because of the anonimity of the transactions and the security of the person who is using it,XMR is one of the best example of privacy coins out there.

As long as money is involved there will be criminality. Also, due to banning of cryptocurreny exchanges in some countries there is no doubt that many will be against it leading to more criminal liabilities.
