From recent news in India it is heard that bitcoins are used to sell drugs..I know its a currency and it is also used as a normal money... but these can create a bad space in people's mind that bitcoins are used to sell drugs..so they will not use bitcoins... Conclusion is that BTC is also a currency which is having a high value in the market..and bitcoins must not be used in these illegal activity which can reduce its usage and value.

Well, it is not the problem with Bitcoin but the human involved. There are also cases whereby people buy and sell drugs or involve in any illegal activities using fiat.

they have been saying this  since the bitcoin start  , even the fiat also use in illegal transaction so i dont see any problem . it is depends on the person how they want to use their BTC .

Why only bitcon, all valuable currencies like USD, Gold etc are used illegal trades. Not in India all over the these things are happening over more than hundred yearsBitcoin is a decentralised, digital currency. Its quiet difficult to find the bitcoin trader. We can not say bitcoin is illegal because some bad persons are using in wrong activities. like this before bitcoin some person use gold as source of payment that do not means gold is illegal we need some other sources or agency to caught these culprits rather blaming crypto

Yes there are people who use it in illegal activities since it's hids a users identity. It is not just used illegally in india, there are countries also that is engaged to that kind of activity using bitcoins. It is the people's fault if they we're using it that way, i believe that bitcoin was not made for that. I think there are still many factors besides misuse bitcoin as an activity they use, like gambling, and why some people are also not interested in new currencies like bitcoins because they are already being embraced by irresponsible people spreading false information on bitcoin so they do not want to get involved with bitcoin
