I was wondering, what are at the moment direct competitors of Repu? I dont think i have ever seen any other project focusing on rating.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I was wondering, what are at the moment direct competitors of Repu? I dont think i have ever seen any other project focusing on rating.
As far as i know, there is not a direct competitor. You can count every rating website out there as a slight competitor but in their niche there is none. |

In the future, this project will mark on the pages of the history of the cryptoworld as the first to give an accurate rating on the services and companies not thru the "likes" system but thru the feedback method on a precise way using the unforgeable technology of the Blockchain.
I like this project too but about future, it is too optimistic. Still, who knows, maybe you are right. To make an accurate rating system will be so hard. The best possibility is to be the better rating system compared to others. I think repu can do it! Agreed! I also think that Repu has several advantages compared to other rating system project ive seen so far Like what? I think advantages and disadvantages will be seen only when the platform will be out, or at least beta version. |

A lot of data and information's are needed for this kind of project, similar to building up a new social platform, thats why it will be tricky to attract such a huge number of users and make them feel they are rewarded for their ratings. I guess we will have to wait for the start of their platform to see, if their approach will be good enough.
In this beginning, the platform needs to intencivize people to use this platform more than just reward them with tokens. And after its popular enough, people will come by themselves. How else would you suggest to encourage people for using REPU except for rewarding them with tokens? That's pretty much the only one and the most effective way, imo. Maybe an event like a monthly / weekly award for the most active users, or something like that. |

That way a filter can be made with bad reputation users. |

So it's a huge opportunity for Repu. |

good to see that REPU has started the Closed Round. Hope we will see soon a platform for testing the reputation management.
I think it would be nice if they can put a progress bar / data about how much funds have been raised so far. Yep, also it would be nice to see some more news about REPU here. Some achievements etc. maybe footage of the project would be great. That's a great idea! the counter is a good thing! It shows the real situation in the project! It can be seen from contract address and it is not that high right now. I think they should focus on marketing and announcing this partnership. You may be right, but if there is a meter, investors will be easier to navigate and they will decide whether to invest them or not. |

In no way I guess, it's like compraing oranges and apples, you can't compare Repu with projects like Selfkey and Persona |
