We all know that fast food is addictive even though we know that it may potentially harm our body. Most of us just don't care about its negative impact on our health, all we care about is eating what is delicious that's why there are many people who are obese and is struggling with their health conditions. There are two potential threats to a person eating fast food every single day, and that is Diabetes and Heart disease. In the US according to Mary Kekatos from Dailymail, half of all deaths due to heart disease and diabetes are caused by a poor diet, which consists of heavy intake of sodium and unprocessed meats.

Why do You think people still eat these foods everyday? What can You suggest them to do to quit this addiction to fast food? Are You one of those people who are always eating fast food?

One of the basic need of an individual is food, they satisfy themselves by eating. Too much eating is unhealthy so as too less of it. You can never be an addict with eating it just simply means you're satisfying your needs. Eating in fast food chain is different though, they are primarily built for fast and convenient eating not for daily meals.

The control which rely on the person, by simply thinking you needed much healthier food.

No, Sometimes I must prefer to eat in our home rather than always eating in the fast food. But I admit I am always craving in fries, burger or chicken of my favorite fast food is my favorite .  Although, fast food has a negative impact to your health.

 Fast food chain is one of a bigger industry around the word. It is also convient to eat in fast food. However in fast foods it is not healthy to eat. Its fine to eat in your favorite fast food but limit yourself to do it because there is a high preservative added in the  food of fast food

It's not about addiction it's nicceseity . In my side I eat in fast food because I'm in hurry sometimes like when your tired last night and you wake up late but you need to rush to your job again and when you cook you'll.be late , if you don't eat it will affect your performance because your stomach is complaining, thats why I just go to fast food and eat then run to my department...

All the instant including fast food isn't healthy for health. But it can not be denied that nowadays almost everywhere provides fast food rather than healthy food, it causes would not want to consume fastfood every day. I eat fast food if it is true under certain circumstances. For me,  fast food is delicious but its kill us.

actually your laziness to cook a healthy meal for yourself is causing you to eat fast food thereby making you obese. Don't blame fast food for your obesity, you did that to your self.
eating fatty and sweet food once in a while won't make you obese or diabetic but doing it regularly will.
Note that the fast food does not make food for only you but for lots of people.
so you coming to buy their food 5 to 10 times a day will only make them believe that their customers have increase and thus they make more provision to satisfy all their customers. Roll Eyes Shocked

Fastfoods, as name suggests are designed for immediate orders. Foods are cooked as hasty as possible or the foods are cooked or processed a day before it is available for order, preserved before that day. And this way of cooking is not as healthy as those homemade, since the food there is managed by our parents or ourselves. I'm not saying that food at home is always healthy and fastfoods are not, I'm saying that you know well the food if it is homemade, it is on your own if you want healthy foods or not while in fastfoods, you have no choice but to eat your order without knowing it is processed.

Fast food doesn’t really taste that good.

What’s better: a fast food burger or one you cook that’s straight off the grill? For my money, I’d rather eat a delicious grass fed beef burger that I cooked than a crappy fast food pseudo-burger.

I agree with the fact that fast food is unhealthy food, although now there is quite a tasty and healthy fast food - for example, sandwiches, sushi and so on. Bad fast food in the classical sense - it has a lot of trans fats.

everything can kill you if you eat it overmuch. If fastfood became your regular food for breakfast, lunch and dinner well..it's very bad. But if you eat it several times per month for example, everything will be great

Fastfoods are real danger for health. Due to their fat content, fast foods can cause various serious health issues such as obesity and cardiovascular diseases. Big corporations are not interested in profit's decrease so that fastfood has large-scale advertising, lower price and chemically enhanced taste. I think that the best way to change people's fastfood addiction is alteration of mass media advertising first of all. Make an advertising of health food and effects of constant eating of fastfood.

I believe that everything should put into moderation. There's nothing wrong in eating fast food but we should know our limits. Going out with our family for at least a single meal in a week would be fun but we should put in mind that we should know when to stop and focus kn eating healthy foods.

I can state yes, in the end. Its not terrible to eat in fastfood but rather you ought as far as possible, you can't do it ordinary of your life. You won't not see the outcome now, but rather as time passes by and your are getting more seasoned then perhaps the outcome will come up and its past the point of no return. I read a ton of posts viewing this thing and however much as could reasonably be expected I will control myself to make it a propensity.

I think it is true. the instant something would not be good to use especially if taken too often. avoid foods like this to live longer and avoid the dangerous diseases.

I agree fast food isn't really good for our health, there is excess seasoning in it and lots of additives which are not ready friendly to the body
