H20 looks like another Record setting day??? Indeed, was 312% for me yesterday, already at 290% confirmed today and still nearly 7 hours to go until payment time

Yeah at least we could try 256 diff.. People is having a lot of rejects.. Please Please Please make 256 diff.

Today we had a hashrate of 652.4 MH/s, and a payout of 31.7. So we had an average profit of 0.0486 BTC per MH/s per day.
I wouldn't expect that to continue though. Our mystery coin's difficulty has gone up.

Is it possible to have different difficulty adjustments for different coins?
I assume this server/s is performing a considerable amount more work than a typical mining pool server due to the extra services its performing?
When the pool switches to faster coins like FST, DGC, WDC with say =/< 200 mh/s difficulty equivalent, the blocks start solving crazy fast, 3-5x faster than "normal". For example I was seeing DGC blocks @ 5 seconds. This can and does tend to produce a considerable amount of orphans.
It's almost like overkill until the difficulty adjusts and that overkill is showing up as rejected mh/s it seems.
Would it be possible to somehow direct the equivalent "overflow" hash to the #2 choice?
This "overkill" obviously only occurs in certain situations, but as the pool rapidly grows the amount of "extra" hash in these situations is becoming considerable.
Theoretically it could, on occasion, provide a nice additional profit while possibly using less resources than going to difficulty 32 when the blocks start flying?

Yes, I've been thinking about that. It's a good idea, and would increase our profits. It's going to be tricky though.

I think if there was two ports and each varied work slightly you would find miners themselves would switch to whichever gave the fastest hash without a need to manage further on your end

Yes, I've been thinking about that. It's a good idea, and would increase our profits. It's going to be tricky though. I would imagine you might have a couple volunteers if needed At this point you are raising your own bar as you are a peerless pool. Given current trends this type of pool is well positioned. Please continue adding coins, exchanges and innovation.

We need only one port. H20 can decide which two most profitable coins to mine for us. The attraction of this pool is that we do not have to do (decide) anything and H20 does it for us. I do think 256 difficulty is a priority. My one rig has a hash rate of 2.4 Mh/s, however, it also has a few 6950s, each card has 0.442 Mh/s. So the rejection rate is much higher compared to my other rig, which has similar total hash rate, but consists of 7950s, which each has hash rate of 0.6 Mh/s.

Yes, We love this pool for it's auto-pilot feature. Nobody wants to set/change a port for each coin in this pool.

Yes. That situation doesn't come up too often though.
