Huh I couldn't wait any longer and jumping into cryptocurrency pretty late. I understand I have invested at the high end as of late, but with the rapid growth over the last several weeks I would be a fool not to jump in.

What are the predictions of the bubble before it bursts and drops back down?

Also, I imagine it should become my goal, as an investor, to actually use the bitcoin for what it was created to do. Peer to Peer purchasing in a free market, not relying on the banks or 3rd party taking their cut. Where can I begin actually using bitcoin to purchase normal household items?

I think personally that bitcoin is now simplz to expensive to buy. Sure, it may grow to 60,000 and we might regret it, but it may also fall to 15000 or less. if it grows to 60,000 which is a lot lot, youd get a 3 times profit. Soem altcoins make a 2times profit in a single day. But of course, theyre not easy to guess. Im tryzing to make profits with altcoin that will enable me buy back the time I lost with not investing in btc. I first heard of it when it was 200, and then 6000 and still didnt buy. Stupid indeed.

I missed the BTC train Sad donate bitcents: BTC:1CWpbYGZVmC14zqLgNmnU8R8CbM9dbx4CY ETH:0x546A87681f70929634236Ad243AE4722A5CbDcC6

In the long term, cryptocurrency market will only grow, so you have nothing to fear. But the risk of a correction remains.

My dad owns a few bitcoins, now he told me a few days ago that he is looking to sell his house in order to buy bitcoins, i told him that he was insane.

No one knows if bitcoin is going to crash or not, but risking a house is something very DIFFERENT from investing a few hundreds or thousands.

If you are looking to invest less than $10000, then do it, there is nothing to loss in there, you can easy recover $10k in a few months.

But if you are going to put all your life savings in here, do not do it, you are going to run with a huge risk.

This was well written. Great read and couldn't agree more. Kind of goes back to the whole idea of "don't put all your eggs in one basket". Spreading a portion of my investments throughout multiple crypto may be the best plan for me.

Well, you entered just exactly at the right time. Bitcoin surged and gained 2K in just one night. I just slept a few hours and bitcoin reached a new ATH. That is incredible timing for you.

What are the predictions of the bubble before it bursts and drops back down?
It is hard to tell with bitcoin but I expect a correction before the holiday ends or right after the holiday. Maybe January next year we will see a slight dump on price. It was like that last year, maybe it could happen again.

market crash
It happened during 3rd quarter of the year this year so it is not possible that it will happen again since bitcoin price rises so high. But, still do not panic just continue to hold what you have now in your wallet when you have plan to hold it for a long time, but when not, just be updated when the risk of correction would take place.

No there are still risk in investing in bitcoin because bitcoin is volatile we do not know if the price will continue to increase or not. .
but because of the price increase people are attracting to invest and more people are investing that is why the price of bitcoin is getting more expensive.. Buy small amount that you can afford to lose is ok just to get the benefits of price increase..

But if you are going to put all your life savings in here, do not do it, you are going to run with a huge risk.

If he already owns a few bitcoins, there can't be a real need to invest more and more, and risk the house and everything he has gathered. But, if he has a few houses, it can be a wise decision. Anyway, if he want to risk it, and he can afford to risk it, then risk it. He has 50% chance to win and to lose... In my opinion the way forward for the price is still up, but there could be some bumps on the road now, there won't be an easy ride... There are too many people investing now and fees are high, mempool is full. If LN starts that could help a lot, until then, we need to be careful...

Everything was just a nice and good moment if we enjoy it really, well in about purchasing late of bitcoin this is not bad, your decisions is not bad but look at already the price it's too expensive where you buy it in that price. My advice for you is you need to have price goal of your btc then sell it if you are already satisfied then buy back if the price drop.

Everywhere ?I believe you are talking about altcoins to which you are referring as everywhere but I feel we need to read the project and their area of expertise and if it is going to work in real life or not instead of investing in any altcoins but I agree with your statement as per the current market situation money can be easily double with any altcoins as it's going like a bull market now but after correction everything will be revised so it's better to invest in the right coins which has scope in future.

Bitcoins are great for long term investment so i think that you can't be late to invest in bitcoins or any other crypto currency.Bitcoins haven't reached it's potential yet and will continue to rise as long as people invest and uses them. But if you are going to invest in bitcoins now, just to be safe wait for a drop or something as while investing always try to buy low sell high but the price remain around 16-17k buy them i don't think so that it will go down beyond that now.

bitcoin is having a big acceptance, there is money coming and this will increase the price in the future, of course I do not know what the bitcoin price will be next year and I can not tell you that next year you will get a profit of 4x as lately many people just want 4x profits. but surely some profit you will have

with your pessimistic thinking I would not recommend that you buy some bitcoin

Where can I begin actually using bitcoin to purchase normal household items?

It's not late to invest in bitcoin, infact it's better now than later. As for the fabled bubble that is said to burst any second now, I highly doubt it. There may be a correction, but it shouldn't affect the cryptocurrency market that much if it doesn't lead to an overall market crash, so no worries there. It's an extremely volatile currency so really there's no clear prediction.
It's safe to invest your bitcoins in anything you desire, just make sure not to blow up your lifetime savings on it, it's not a very smart move. I would suggest keeping them, hodling more specifically, the long term investment will pay off.

What do you mean by risk of a correction?

market crash

I believe the correction might happen but not too much dump and bitcoin or altcoins will bounce back. Investing on cryptocurrency is always a good decision and profitable one, yes its risky but believe on it and you will earn some of it.
