Oh shit, 30 second blocks....this spells death for this coin, it will be attacked so hard one day. And SHA-3 isn't necessarily safer than SHA-2, since it's new who knows what holes it might have.
Also - CPU coin = botnets....
Your talks make no sense at all. You're just fretting over the fact that you didn't mine it first. Yeah, but that botnet concern is real. As I said in my blog -- CPU mining has 1 disadvantage however -- there's a lot of CPU power (not GPU power or control over special purpose hardware) in the hands of Botnets; under control of a cracker, he may have 51% hashing power for a small amount of time. However this requires great amount of coordination among the huge no. of botnets, this requires downloading the whole block chain which is hard for a block; then people are moving away from their virus-infested Microsoft Windows Desktop/Laptops to Android tablets and phones. So feasibility of such an attack is questionable.

It uses all of the crypto functions that were SHA-3 finalists: Blake, BMW, Groest, JH, Keccak, and Skein.

This guy(s) could make all visible sell orders dissapear hmmmm interesting . And he is not alone, there are also 10, 12 BTC buy orders. Also yesterday there were two buy orders around 60 and 70 BTC. I think todays one is same from yesterday. Looks like something is on the way in the nearest days/weeks.

Hi, New here ! Plz donate some QRK It's so hard to mine atm !!!! Nah just joking ! :pQuestion : How guys on my pool can get high hashrates like 140 MH/s
Got a farm of servers with 20 cores CPUs or what ? I can hardly get 1.5MH/s with 3 CPUs (i5), each running 500 kh/s, with the difficulty changing all the time, this give me approximately 15 QRK/day.

If i was your broker -
id say :
Sell Feather buy Quark - and here is why
Quark has a bigger community but it is a different type of community .
because they are from a different sphere they don't hang out here on the forums they don't really care -
they watch Bill still videos and have an interest in the economics world they see falling around them, they purchase some silver and buy Quark -
but on top of that we now have a community about the size of FTC that is very active - sso you see we have this investor base - and you can see i think some big sellers trying to push this down below 10c and couldn't do it - all they don was waste powder -
so you know where this wants to go - FTC has not found any new - demographics , we have broken though even to ppl on Wall street - so that's all i can say -
but if i was holding a lot of FTC , well again i'm not your cryptocurrencybroker < but you have to take the emotion out of it i'd at least diversify - holdings -
but hey, i've been wrong before !

Should I be CPU mining this or GPU mining. Little confused. Since there is a GPU miner out already wouldn't CPU be unprofitable ?
