Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

No fear at all..

Assuming the 50TH/s is comming on very short term (compared to Avalonchip order, BFL, KNC and other) and hashing power will grow with expanding it ->
Hardware sales from chips and maybe complete miners (who knows)..

Calculations will say that in 6/7 months you will have your money back only from dividends per share.. Even if they are 0.00005 or 0.01 worth a piece..
All this ofcourse with the Bitcoin Market in mind (you never know what happens).. Hell, maybe BTC will go up and then double profit; hahaha

Another Chinese IPO bites the dust. Is there a possibility that LC could face legal issues in the future?

LABCOIN is registered in HongKong with Chinse/European team, boss is Italian.
After all, I think these canceled IPOs failed not only because of legal risks, their ASS is not very clean.

FYI, Firedcat is also located in China.

No one knows his identity.
Surely, Someone in BTC circle of China knows him.
For example, founder of BTCGarden knows him, ASICMiner's reseller in China also knows him. Just because his identity not released to public don't mean no one knows him.

I bet his mother knows his identity too.

Damn, what was that 40k shares?   Took the order book down from 0038 to 0032...

Whoever that was could have been a lot more patient, they probably would have been able to sell everything if they just put up a wall.

When is BTCT going to upgrade its chart to real-time and the "bandwidth" of its trading engine?

What I tried to express is :  Firedcat is not a no-one-known guy, the police can trace him if they want. It's nonsense that ASICMiner is safer than BTCGarden. Also,no one knows who aiwill is, who MYMINER is.

Nope, no panic at all.  All that happened was that someone rushed to give money away.

This isn't the time for that with this stock.  That time will come, but right now it's just foolish.

If you look at the realtime thing, It looks like people are dumping ASICMiner and buying this.

let's see who really believes in this stock
who will be brave enough to put their money where their mouth is and start up a bitbet
"labcoin will ship their own designed ASIC to spec within timeframe promised"
I won't be surprised if true confidence of investors is displayed

Well, you're obviously not brave enough to start it yourself.

They also don't have a set date for actually shipping products to customers, rather they have a time frame for when they'll have hash power online from their first chips, and from their follow on order (couple weeks, a month or so)
