I got a e-mail from Labcoin yesterday (info@labcoin.com) and told me he will come after me if i continue to harass him. The nerves of Alberto to even reply back with that. It seems like he still checks his labcoin e-mail account.
PERFECT! name a time and a place and we will ALL be there (bring your baseball bats)

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Im trying to fathom the sort of brain that would steal millions and think he has a right to not be harassed. I cant even process it.

he is busy working on his next scam and doesn't like to be disturbed...

there are so many bitcoiners who believe they are above the law.
funny thing is.. its easier for the law to see you when you are up there on your high horse.

the guy clearly is an idiot that deserves the full punishment of the law.
that's why I held my shares in labcoin.. just to sit and watch him go down.

the guy from ActiveMining is starting to get cocky too it wouldn't surprise me at all if he was the next one to run off with peoples money..

No joke. I have several e-mails with Sam aka Alberto over the past few months. The reply i received yesterday was from a e-mail sent a while ago so i was surprised that he would reply back after some time has passed.
Any screenshots? You know as well as I that on the internet nothing is true until a screenshot is provided. Even though I am also joining the lawsuit and have nothing positive to say about the fraudsters, I won't eat up any claim about anything.

Really? give me 10mn and I ll provide you with a screenshot of a letter from Obama stating Sam is about to release 50 TH/s. Hell, I ll throw in a Photo of him with alberto having martinis in the galapados :]
Joke aside, I believe screenshots are the most unreliable thing on internet...

Here is the screenshot. I figured you guys would ask for it. I've also been in touch with the lawyer and will be forwarding all Labcoin e-mail history to him before the end of the day.

There are also incredibly easy methods to revealing if a screenshot has been tampered with. You'll know if you work with this profesionally as well.

Anyways, that screen of the mail exchange was really odd. He refers to threats that we see nothing of, which is kinda weird. I'm guessing there must be something further back in history or personal messages?

Update about the complaint

The lawyer has sent me the criminal complaint, in the beginning of next week i will go to the local notary office to sign it, the notary will verify my identity and also sign it. After that I will express mail it to the lawyers office.

When the remaining amount of the invoice is payed, he will submit it to the Italian authorities. I will send the BTC to the lawyer immediately, when there is enough funds to cover the remaining amount of the invoice in the wallet.

There is currently 2.80 BTC in the donations wallet, so about 0.94 BTC is still needed to get to the 3.7 BTC target. So to everyone who has not yet donated, now would be a good time to do so.

In case of failure to get the funds with donations, I guess it's up to me to pay the remaining amount of the invoice, after all it is in my name.

I donated 0.12 BTC, and I have put hundred of hours of work in to this case, my economical situation is not very good at the moment, so I would really appreciate your help with this.

About the people who didn't send their information in time, I asked the lawyer about this, here is his answer:

Quote
The complaint can be added upon, so new people can join in the future. But for our purpose that doesn't matter a lot, since we are not starting a class action here, but just filing a criminal complaint to Italian authorities for them to investigate and eventually prosecute people behind Labcoin. If a court case will result from investigation, then people could join the case asking for compensation. This maybe should be made clear to the people asking to join, since I feel they have a wrong idea of what we are doing.

I also some times get the feeling that people think this is a class action, that is not the case, this is the first step towards a class action, as I have mentioned Here and Here

For a class action, if there is a court case, we are going to need to hire a lawyer again, and collect all the people's information that wants to ask for compensation.

Thank you for your support,

You obviously don't work with this at a professional level, or else you wouldn't have posted that failed attempt.

There is currently 2.80 BTC in the donations wallet, so about 0.94 BTC is still needed to get to the 3.7 BTC target. So to everyone who has not yet donated, now would be a good time to do so.

Let's get it going.
1PHDaiUMq5u3WTAwmYv7ioNnKfEGYXBtmT
https://blockchain.info/address/1PHDaiUMq5u3WTAwmYv7ioNnKfEGYXBtmT
The address received total 6.58255046 BTC.
3.6995 BTC was consumed on half of the lawyer's invoice.
Address holds now 2.88255046 BTC, but about 3.7 BTC is needed for the other half of the invoice.
3.7 - 2.88255046 = 0.81744954 BTC still missing.

I got mail from the lawyer, the total amount of BTC needed to pay for the rest of the invoice is 3.8 BTC.

I will now send the missing part of the BTC to the donations wallet, and then I will send the 3.8 BTC to the lawyer.

If anyone likes to compensate me for paying the rest of the BTC needed for the criminal complaint, or for all the work I put in to making this happen, then you can send some coins to:

Thank you for the donation, every bit helps right now, I took leave from my work earlier to deal with this case, and I have some bills thats needs to be payed now, so I have to use my coins to pay them. Its a good thing that we have here in Finland these great services, that lets you pay your bills with BTC.

Now I'm just waiting for the lawyer to confirm, that the criminal complaint against Labcoin is submitted to the Polizia Postale. After that we wait for the police to do their work, and find these fraudsters guilty.

Then the next step is to hire a lawyer again, and join the court case against Labcoin, were every shareholder can claim compensation for their losses.

But thats the next step, I'm just happy we have come this far, and with the submission of the complaint, I really feel a weight falling of my shoulders.

Hello everyone,

I posted a update in the Labcoin Lawsuit thread.

Virtual you should also forward a copy to the Chinese/Hong Kong police being that Fabrizio is in China.

Firstly, The complaint is Italian, I don't think they would accept that, but I guess I could get it translated properly, all I have now is a google translated version I made for my self.

Secondly, I have no idea how things work over there, who is the right authorities to submit it to, does it need to be in Chinese, and who would handle the case over there, ie. does it need to be submitted by a lawyer, when there is more than one person seeking to submit a complaint. I don't think that just emailing it over there would do any good.

Thirdly, Fabrizio and iTec-Pro Limited may be in China, but we are filing a complaint against Labcoin a fictional company run by a fictional Nominee Director (Samuel Noi) of iTec-Pro Ltd, who operated only out of Italy, and really doesn't have any real connection to China and iTec-Pro, except some posts made on a forum that they are connected to each other, look at iTec-Pro's registration information from the HK registration office, you will not find any mention there about Samuel Noi or Labcoin.
I guess the first place were the Chinese Police would need to look for evidence is the Italian Police, that is after they questioned Fabrizio, and they would find out that Labcoin is a Italian fictional company. So I guess its a good thing that the Italian Police will start their investigation into Labcoin now, then when some one files a complaint against Labcoin in China they will have some one to contact in Italy for more information. If needed you can contact me for the direct contact information to the Police office that is handling the Labcoin case.

And I think there is a group who was going to submit a complaint to the Chinese authorities, I haven't heard any thing from them lately, I guess we could work together if they are interested in that. How are things proceeding over there?
