I thought Bittrex had BTCP wallets already visible, "under maintenance".
Why would they do that unless the are planning to add BTCP to their platform?
Hey your correct! I just logged in to my wallet there and yep there it is under maintenance mode  Cool, I stand corrected. Perhaps they do plan to list? THX, learn something new everyday lol I am hoping that Bittrex will fully support it but by this statement on their site I am not sure they are going to open up trading once the wallet goes live. "Bittrex will NOT be supporting the market for Bitcoin Private but due to issues with the Zclassic wallet, we will offer Zclassic holders on Bittrex partial support through claiming and withdrawing BTCP." https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001271272-Statement-on-Zclassic-ZCL-and-Bitcoin-Private-BTCP-I hope I am wrong in understanding this and/or they change their mine and list it. |

Seems they just don't want to screw with it lol
But the fact they have a wallet even in the system has to make us all wonder. But they may simply choose no to list at this time.

Yes agree, but its 50/50 currently im not interested in trading, just developments. I have some to sell but can't sell it at a decent price so just going to Hodl for a bit to see what develops. I got shafted during the ZCL fork with my funds tied up in Bittrex so I couldn't sell my ZCL at a decent price so hodl'ing that too. |

I got shafted during the ZCL fork with my funds tied up in Bittrex so I couldn't sell my ZCL at a decent price so hodl'ing that too. Yes agree, You only get shafted when you sell under, so i also agree with you about holding. (If you get screwed from an exchange, never use it again, you wouldn't if it was a fiat bank.) |

Price will be dumped violently when trading fully opens: much hate from zcl loss and lot of expectations from btcp, which will be hated too because it'll be cheap (the market is driven by bulls and bears, not some diff/price formulas), and this story of not being able to deposit it on market is hurting the future price very badly. The good news is... Well, there's one i can't unveil right now (it's business), and another is if this team is not a scam, it'll rise eventually, and considering the team, they love to make pumps. Just don't be greedy and don't forget that there's always a dump after pump. |

Yes this would be true with fiat banks but I have a slight dilemma. One, I reside in the US and also reside in a state where there is only 1 exchange that is licensed in my state (Shapeshift.io is also not allowed for residents in my state as well)(VPN's get around this issue but that's a bit off topic). Two, I don't really trust overseas exchanges. So I am kind of stuck in a rock and a hard place of either just stick with an exchange that shafted me once or risk losing a lot more in an overseas exchange should they decide to take my funds and run kind of thing. I have an account on Kucoin just to sell my BTCP but they aren't accepting deposits anyways.. So hodl seems my options until I can find something worth keeping my BTCP. |

They do not take anyone back. It is necessary to look for new exchanges in such a case |
