ZetaCoin is now listed at https://coinex.pw exchange.
Not sure if eligible for any bounties, PM me if so.

You might want to update the docs in your repository.

The file "doc/build-unix.md" talks extensively about the need for an older version of Berkeley DB to maintain backwards compatibility with older wallets.  I spent an hour trying to install that older version on a modern os before I got a clue and checked your released executable.  You build the released linux client against the modern Berkeley DB library which was a piece of cake to install.

Anyone following those instructions to the letter would build a client that is incompatible with wallets built with your client.  Plus it is a royal pain in the rear to get anything from berzerkely to compile.  Those bozo's invented "job security through obscurity"...

I have the P2Pool code on my GitHub here: https://github.com/JudeAustin

Once you get it running please post your node IP here and I will add it to the source on my GitHub.

That way we create a true P2P network.
Ok, I have copied your p2p data, but I think they are not optimal.
SHARE_PERIOD should be less than block period in network, to avoid lots of punished shares (my code was 20s, we can change it by NEW_SHARE_PERIOD).
Also TARGET_LOOKBEHIND is parameter that is adjusting share diff according to current pool speed. 200 makes 100 minutes "look behind", it should be 20 or something (20 of 30 shares is 5 min).
p2p: rav3n.dtdns.net:9174
worker: rav3n.dtdns.net:9374
git: https://github.com/Rav3nPL/p2pool-rav

I snagged your code from github and started it up and am getting

2013-08-14 22:59:33.729347 Handshake timed out, disconnecting from 91.235.254.37:9174

Is port 9174 correct for p2p?

It is correct for my node, but because I was getting over 50% orphans I decided to disconnect my node from p2pool.org one. I have ~200ms to this and it it making me alot of loss.
When it will be 5 or more nodes I`ll join back.
If you want to join to my node use "zeta" branch.

Game will continue until we have 2 winners. Any received funds after 2 winners will be returned to the address that sent it. That way I can go eat some dinner and check back later. Please don't attempt to bribe SaltySpitoon to give you the answer. ;-)
