I think Polonex and Bittrex are top two  exchanges that are the best for beginners. Definitely you need to watch a tutorial before starting to trade on EtherDelta since is one of the most popular ones.

Binance is best, easy to use interface and  has many coins and gets new coins relatively fast.
Coinbase is always a must as they will insure your funds from network hack.

binance is a bit confusing, but it can be used after a little research or watching a few videos.
You are mistaken this is a very good and simple exchange for trading your assets! It's enough just to sort it out a bit!

Binance is good but transfer fees are quite high and also they do not have that many coin listed as its in bitrex. Though its very simple registration process in binance which is an advantage for any user to register and start using it. Coinbase is really well secured.

for sending FIAT money I would prefer Kraken over Coinbase. You just have to check if they accept new customers again
because I heard they recently stopped doing so. After your FIAT is on the Exchange, you can easily buy LTC or some different
crypto and move them to another exchange where FIAT is not accepted and start trading there

I've been very impressed with Bittrex.  I find it super easy to use.

Agreed, though coinbase's fees are too high.

Wtf? Solotalk?

Why are you so careful of the exchange where Fiat is accepted? The fact is that you still need to somehow cash your income, as everyday life requires real money, not just a crypto currency.

Well, I suppose  it easier for beginners to exchange without verification. Binance, Kucoin. Binance has stoped registration of new users. Twitter today: "Binance Will Temporarily Disable New User Registrations". Cause too much more

I think yobit is a good exchange for beginners. It has number of crypto coins to trade in. I think its the best with a very low fees even of withdrawl. so better for beginners to use yobit exchange.

I believe that the best exchange for the beginner is Yobit, even though the withdrawals take longer than usual. But the minimum purchase amount is low (only 10,000 satoshi). Which means you can buy small quantities until you learn the ropes.
I think so too. Because a large number of coins are represented there, and a lot of new members of the exchange join daily. I think that for beginners this is a useful experience, I do not advise starting with more than $ 100

For fiat to crypto exchange, I would recommend gdax, the coin list is limited but no trading or withdraw fee and you can use the same deposit system you have with coinbase and once funds are in, it's really easy to get them over to gdax for free.

For crypto only exchange, I think binance or bittrex are good. Binance have relatively low trading cost if you choose to pay fees using binance coin and have a good list of new tokens.

For me, the best exchange, it's a exchange which has no problems and with which it is easy to withdraw my money. And it seems to me that Bitrex is a very reliable exchange

I was away from crypto for years and now I'm trying to get back into the game.  I was really STUNNED that there is no exchange, even after many years since bitcoin started, that we can just deposit USD and start exchanging altcoins.  I hope I'm wrong because this would be the single biggest hurdle for altcoins to be widely adopted by general public.  There are just too many hurdles to jump over just to START trading.
The best exchange for beginner for me is etherdelta or cyptopia, they both easily to use and also very secured from phishing sites or hackers. This exchanges are both popular, they both popular because they serves right.

If I'm not mistaken, Coinbase makes it really easy to deposit USD, though I might be wrong. Maybe you should give it a read or something to find out more.
