for me bittrex was a good exchange..
because many exchange doesn't allow you sell coins after the points, like you have trx "4500.987" they allow you to sell only "4500"... ".987 " trx was lost.. bittrex allow you trade in points also...

one more thingh..
new exchange coming secure with zero trade fee, thread link- "https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3342829"
check his thread and join their airdrop if you want..

Only binance and bitrix are the two best exchanges, there are the most up-to-date coins, everything works quickly, large volumes. Good support

Binance is good for beginer. It is high volume, low fee, easy to use interface, security protection. And it has no many sh*tcoin, you can use that. Out of also, there are some good exchange like: bittrex, huobi, etc...

Assuming that you are talking about trading ease, maybe you can check Shapeshift and some others. Although they do not exchange in the real sense but more token converters. Many newcomers usually have problems with account verification on every exchange, so I think the stock exchange best is EtherDelta.

To exchange cryptocurrency for money, you can use special exchangers. To implement such processes it is necessary to use more liquid cryptocurrency. Although it depends on what you need to deduce the amount.

I was away from crypto for years and now I'm trying to get back into the game.  I was really STUNNED that there is no exchange, even after many years since bitcoin started, that we can just deposit USD and start exchanging altcoins.  I hope I'm wrong because this would be the single biggest hurdle for altcoins to be widely adopted by general public.  There are just too many hurdles to jump over just to START trading.

There's this ICO going on for an Australian company called BlockGrain.io  They’re aiming to automate the supply chain with Grain and later on Fruit/Vegetables/Wool. The sale has started.

If I'm not mistaken Kraken and Bitfinex allow trade altcoins to USD, Deposit and withdraw in USD. But Bitfinex has entry limits. Deposit should be no less than 10000$ what is not possible for a newcomer. I prefer Binance. It has user friendly interface and it is very simple in use.

Recently I have been trading in Bittrex, and I like it because it's easy to use so far. I now have no problems with Bittrex. Forkdelta is quite user friendly and is easily accessible for access to various markers and coins.

Best exchange for beginner would be binance because the user interface of binance make it easy and exciting for you to want to trade. After binance, bittrex , poloniex, c-cex could all be considered!

I like kukoin, livecoin and binance, but for begginers the best exchange is yobit. I think it is the easiest one. The worst for me was idex, and still I don`t like this exchange and try to avoid it.

I would rather start with a complicated one..which is Hitbtv the exchange fee are high and you purchases are stratified, mean buying in fractions may not be possible. This leaves individual with there funds stuck. I would rather introduce beginners to binance. Fractions of your coins can be converted to bnb which the binance coin considering the new features. It has huge vol and numerous cryptocurrency. Registration is easy and you can withdraw up to 2btc daily without ID verification.

If you are looking for security, volatility, easy to use UI and better customer support than go with Binance, if you are looking for better coin variety, easy to use exchange and a beautiful UI than go with KuCoin. Both these exchanges are trustable and don't require KYC unlike most of the major exchanges nowadays.

I suggest, Bittrex, Binance, Poloniex that was the top 3 coins exchange in crypto currency community, but there's more like cryptopia, cryptodao and if you live in Asian country try the CX. That exchange is newly and they only used 4 coins for the mean time, those coins are litecoin, bitcoin, bitcoin cash and ethereum. To those newly in crypto exchange try those sites I'm that sites are friendly users and easily to understand, hope you enjoyed it to used.

Most of the good coins are available on Bittrex, it is a relatively secure platform up till now and transfers payments at an extremely fast rate.

I think the best exchange for beginners is binance. There are many coins to trade on and you can also trade them for Ethereum or bitcoin in the exchange. Binance user's interface is also easy to understand. The best part is there is no minimum deposit so if you already deposited your coins there you can already start trading.

I also agree with you on Bittrex – very easy and friendly design for the beginner, good pool of coins and easy for MEW.

Etherdelta is quite user friendly and easy to access to various tokens and coins on there but before since its DNS server got hacked the site itself doesn't load properly at least after a couple of try. Which is pretty frustrating. You should check out Bittrex as I think this is one of the exchanges out there and the user interface is also good.
Binance is also a good exchange but sometime like yesterday they do update without prevent their user
