I think we are in BTC season and no coin (except random pump and dump coins) will "moon" right now. Let BTC do it's thing and forget about your alts for a while. There will be an alt season later, just give it a couple of weeks.

Indeed, regulation can be a two edged sword. But we need to stop this ICO mania... There are several good altcoin projects that will thrive in 2018. But we need to establish a sound reputation, crypto has to be seen as an honest activity.

All the shitcoins and scam ICOs are creating a wave of discredit. And that is never a good thing.

Good year for Altcoin. I think you are right, there are too many Altcoin born, many fraudulent ICO projects are raising capital. So there are some young people in the Crypto market who have lost their capital because of investing in Altcoins that have no value. 2018 is a good year for the Altcoin but be careful.

This year actually didn't start well but from a look of things 2018 is a year of great success for all altcoin. Many of them are rising eg ethereum and others. This year is a year of breakthrough for all alt investors.
