I think it surely is. Bitcoin and altcoin had a relationship as can be seen in the graphs. While bitcoin had some trouble earlier this year, I think its going stable now. Its going up again towards 9,000$. So in relation altcoins had also been the same. This month could be worth investing.

yes, the market keeps falling since the beginning of 2018 and it probably will continue to fall, but we can see that bullshit are decreaseing, and scams will be weed out, only good altcoins will survive, besides, there are good projects may born during the dark time

Yeah altcoin can be a good every day, just learned a lot about altcoin and trading so you can easily know how it works and how it be good every day, maybe sometimes the coin was decrease but it doesn't mean that its a bad day, treat that day a sales day so you can buy many coin every time the price is in low.
