My goal is to buy ETH and bitcoin solely for investment. The opportunity is now the price of the two coins is down.
I will keep it and I will sell when the coin coin price goes up.
I hope to make a big profit when I sell it.
This is good choice of investment to buy btc and ethereum. Both can be a long term hodling and worthy of our time because in this business patient is necessary. I believe you can make profit big when you sell it by holding for now. And what if the price of Bitcoin suddenly jumps and you have both Bitcoin and Ethereum but only Bitcoin value is going upward then you will think must that I have missed the chance of getting huge profit because I have not invested my all capital in Bitcoin but also in Ethereum which is still there, Ethereum is not that much Bitcoin and you even can not compare. Productivity is very important for an investor as he is investing so why not invest a lot and get a lot after finding a relevant time to sell coins and take the benefit which will be definitely a huge outcome. |

You are right, I also think that both coins are suitable for long-term storage, but if you invest in ICO projects, it is possible to increase your number of these coins, therefore there is no other way out. |

Ethereum is good coin and maybe will take bitcoin place as market cap leader. Many advantages on ethereum because ethereum using smart contract and many platform using ethereum network. Its very good to hold ethereum as long term invesment because as top 5 market cap, its very liquid |

Both are still good in term of making profit and I know bitcoin will still lead the market way up ETH will just follow. Long term holding with ETH is a good option also because I know the future of eth will be bright also. Keep your portfolio with these two great coin and you life will be good in the future. |

I'd prefer other alternatives. But the fact is that BTC is losing market and in a mid term it will be surpassed by other projects
But I think for the near future and for the next few years will not be another project that beats bitcoin. There is still a lot of demand for bitcoin and it will keep bitcoin in the forefront. |

Whether Bitcoin or Ethereum, I don’t really see the difference cause both fluctuates the same direction most of the times. The only problem with Bitcoin is that the price rate is too high and anyone who is investing in it would be losing so much money whenever the price is going down, same thing with when the price is going up, you will also be making a huge profit. As for Ethereum, the price rate is low and things wouldn’t be the same when you choose to invest on ETH. But I still think both are close to being the same thing.

As for me, for the long time investment I’d advise Ethereum , because of fast transaction speed and cheap price for transaction fee.

I don't see any predictions about of changes. Ethereum can be take a long terms of hodling but it takes for granted for the good value of coins. |

We do have news on ETH that Ether value will grow threefold with the support of subcontracts. So we can expect Ether value to grow this year. We do have experts say that 2018 is going to be the year of crypto currencies. We may have all altcoins value would be booming this year. This would enlarge the crypto market amongst other markets. Compared to bitcoin and Ethereum, I would choose bitcoin now for an investment. Those are not news that is a speculation, no one knows for sure how big is going to be the growth of a coin or if there is going to be a growth at all, don't get me wrong I love ethereum it is in my opinion the second best coin we have and that is not a bad position to be in but to think that we are going to see such a huge growth when all the market has been going down is difficult to believe. |

I don't see any predictions about of changes. Ethereum can be take a long terms of hodling but it takes for granted for the good value of coins. I think that the etherium will never cause doubts and risk our investments in this less. Apparently the etherium is much better and better, and also more promising than Bitcoin, the protocol on which the new coins are created is talking about it. |

Bitcoin and Ethereum are the most profitable crypto currencies actually, and both of them have very high value and potential. I would like to choose investing in both of them, despite that I prefer Bitcoin more because it have highest value among crypto currencies right now, and its price is expected to rise highly in the near future.

Both already made many people rich. Both have potential to make rich people richer and to make some new rich people. Their difference is the main reason why I invested in both of them, which one will grow faster does not bother me. x2? I hope x20 minimum in next 5 years, or faster! x20 is for Bitcoin and Ethereum, some new projects have a chance to make x200 in next 5 years. Say that I am crazy, but I believe in crypto-currencies. Past showed us many things, we need to learn from it! Next big wave will come, I am not completely ready for it, but I hope I will be in time, what about you people? |

By holding our coins for long-term could possibly gives us higher return because we know crypto will always gives us a big opportunity about being a profitable cryptocurrencies. This was already been proven and this is why more are now adopting with this kind of investment. |

I will go for bitcoin whenever it will come too long-term investment of money as there can be no other coin which can be as good as bitcoin is for the sake of holding it for longer period. you can invest your money into ETH as well but you should only do that when you are having enough of your skillsets in trading and that you think like you will be able to make something profitable there. |
