Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency has started to the year 2009  mean time ethereum is the alt coin started to the year 2015, and have some sorts of modified characteristics comparing to bitcoin. Still bitcoin is the king of the crpto market with high market capital. Ethereum is an  alt coin with specific characteristics and comparatively good market capital among other alt coins. In general the alt coins movements are depends on the bitcoins in the crypto market. Both are good for  investment.

Well if both are good then we cannot recommend only one to hold because both are going well but for me it is not like this because the market is saying that the demand of bitcoin is high as compare to the ETH, NOW almost everyone is willing to invest in bitcoin only instead of any other investment. If you have the currency bitcoin you can store all for the long time without any fear of lose, so for me the best one is the  bitcoin only as it is safe, high in price, more profitable more easy to use.

Yes that is right both are good for investment, both have the potential to increase in their price very soon, therefore i think investment in bitcoin as well as in Etherium can be profitable. To me i have invested a good amount of money in bitcoin as well as i am also trading some Etherium because etherium is also good for investment and is really a very safe investment.

A lot of people really do not understand that perspective and that is one reason they will never get it. Investing in Ethereum is good, but if we are looking at the long term here and most especially even with profit, bitcoin still stands a better chance due to its deflationary characteristics as against the inflationary characteristics of Ethereum.

I don’t understand why people are supporting ethereum when they know that it is just like other altcoins, nothing special I personally see in this coin. Though it is ways seen as a threat to bitcoin but it is just another bluff. Bitcoin is far better than this altcoin and I am confirmed that it is never ever going to take the position of bitcoin. I will go for bitcoin whenever it will come too long-term investment of money as there can be no other coin which can be as good as bitcoin is for the sake of holding it for longer period. you can invest your money into ETH as well but you should only do that when you are having enough of your skillsets in trading and that you think like you will be able to make something profitable there.

That is just the thing with most of the altcoins anyway as they are basically there just for profit, the way we see stock market in total. I believe this may change for some altcoins in the long run anyway, where they will be able to stand on their own without being dependent on the value of bitcoin, but as it is, bitcoin runs the market and every other alts bow including Ethereum.

As long as you can trade, or you are investing long and diversify, you will still be fine in the market irrespective of what you are investing in as long as it is not a shitcoin.

I don’t know for you, but I do see Ethereum (ETH) as a cryptocurrency that can be used to hodl. I do invest in ETH just like I do in Bitcoin (BTC) and I also Hodl the both of them. As for which one is better, that I can’t tell, but I would say that the both of them are good, the difference is just that Bitcoin is highly Volatile than ETH, whenever you’re making profit, you make huge profit and whenever you’re making loss, you also make huge loss. ETH is cheaper and less Volatile.

Obviously not everyone has the same intentions, because of course they have their differences of opinion in responding to all things or efforts they must do to the situation.
About the possibility that eth can be seen as an option to hold.., surely it still is, because anyhow Eth is still said to be crowded among investors. And I still believe that as well as Btc, there are still many people out there interested in bitcoin to buy and hold in the long run, not only that.., if bitcoin is more widely accepted in many countries, more and more people are close to bitcoin for various activities undertaken.

yeah, as we will always have different opinions anyway, however, every goal of investment is to diversify your portfolio and I guess that answers the whole thing. Ethereum is a coin to hold and expect good return on investment no doubt because i happen to be the benefactor of holding ethereum since when its value was below  $250 and as at late last year when its value appreciated above $1000 i sold some of my holding and am currently doing the same thing at the moment.

Both  etherium and bitcoin is a good investment.  Bitcoin is blooming nowadays because it bis the first introduced in the market.  Ethereum for sure it will have a good name in the online market. Ethereum might be one of the big 3 cryptocurrencies but its days could well be numbered. A lesser known Chinese based cryptocurrency NEO is plotting to take its place.

For a long time Ethereum has been considered to be the future of cryptocurrency. Rather than simply seeking to replace Fiat currency, no small feat on its own, Ethereum was designed to act as a revolutionary platform to change the way we do business. As promising as their concept was cracks are beginning to show.
