Not all ICOs that have KYC for investors, have the same requirement for bounty hunters. That last few ICOs I have seen had KYC but the bounty hunters did not need to submit anything. If KYC is an issue for you, I would look for the ICOs that don't have KYC for bounty hunters. Although KYC might protect the bounty pool from multi-accounts.
The fact is that if the law of the country does not presuppose a sale, then no one has the right to require each member of the Bounty companies to provide their personal data. I understand when this is important for investors, but not members of the Bounty Company.

The requirement to proceed with KYC for bounty hunters is what I start noticing more frequently lately. Think it is inevitable development and hunters community doesn't have any choice but accept the new reality.

This is outrageous, cryptocurrencies were created with the intention of anonymity in the first place. But, I guess, where there is money, there will always be some sort of regulation. I understand this for serious exchangers, because they have to comply with anti-laundering and terrorist prevention laws. But, KYC required for bounties? Seriously... It's like I want to launder my 100$ through the bounty, LOL. And how would I even do that, I am not depositing anything, on the contrary, I am earning tokens. So, this is total BS for me. Which bounties require KYC, so I stay away from them?

I'm very worried. Theoretically we don't do anything wrong, but we have no idea how our data will be used.
My be the ICO is just organized by federal institutions just to collect some addresses.
Or may be they will sell our data on the black market: think about, what a malicious guy can do on the deep web with a copy of our passport...

Well, I don't like it, but I think that - due to international regulations - it will happen more and more often.
The cryptomarket can be a far west forever, so we must accept this kind of annoyances.

Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.
I really don't agree on that because we are just a bounty hunters, they don't need anymore our information because we din't invest on them. We just do bounty campaign, it will not concern anymore of Anti Money Laundering. We work for it so don't need anymore.

I think that's right. Bounty hunters have to pass KYC like a investors ico
Why do you think that? Your post sound like unfinished thought. Explain yourself, why bounty hunter has to pass KYC? Are we investors or something? KYC is for those who are buying tokens during ICO, because ICO is banned in some countries and they need to know that you are not coming from such country. I don't see any other reason..

In my own opinion, this is another task they give  all of us being a bounty hunters participants.doing a KYC is another kind of burden, because we need to accomplish those requirments they need,in order to claim our tokens, but to me in my thought  its not supposedly good to us a bounty participants because this requirnents intended only for ICO participants.

More often KYC documentation is requested by banks, brokerage houses, registration agents or legal companies, audit firms, financial intermediaries. I don"t understand what is the advantage of crypto if it ceases to be anonymous.
KYC is good if all ICO's are legit but what if we choose the ICO's Bounty then they used our ID for there own interest and not legit. It is nice to conduct KYC but we should prepared for the right ICO to make us eligible for given our legit information for us an individual bitcoiners. But I hope after we conduct KYC everyone must be responsible enough to give their information.I really believe the run of this system so what is their plan It makes me approved. The most important right now is we should continue our life to cryptocurrency especially in bitcoin.
that's the horror of KYC for me, i haven't heard any identity theft yet regarding these KYC but i hope it will never happened because it could shake the ICO programs and bounty campaigns and to be honest as a bounty hunter joining campaign could give us pretty good amount of profit.

Actually now i know more project need kyc to proof that the participant is not fake.
Its not really good in cryptocurrency for future because we dont what they will do with our ID. I think we need to avoid this kind of project.

If campaigns ever start asking for identification, that will be the end of it for me.  As the member above said, that shit could easily wind up on the bad doings you just never know.Hopefully they will include this in their original announcement, not just spring it on you after the campaign has ended, so the campaigns can be avoided.

wearing KYC in bounty has pros and contrast after I examine more people who disagree in comparison who agree.
and I'm one of those people who disagree with using KYC for bounty hunter.
just leave the project using KYC to bounty hunter because they have no right to misuse our personal data.

For me it is bad idea! There are a lot of bounty campaigns are scam and not promising. Be careful when the bounty campaigns ask your identity like KYC. People can use your identity in a bad way. Always be careful when you are sending your I.D.

That bounty will not be much of a success for sure. KYC are imposed only for those who want to invest and bounty hunters don't invest but only get and even if crypto is banned on that receiver's country, he can still fly to other country and spend it.

If you really want to stop crime it should be the people conducting the ICO that go through a KYC process.
Having unregulated and unlicensed entities collecting personal identity information makes no sense at all.

I agree with KYC because this might reduce the fraud rate that occurs with multiple account usage
